Li Xiaohui (born 28 July 1992) is a Chinese para-cyclist who represented China at the 2024 Summer Paralympics.
Li represented China at the 2023 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships and won a gold medal in the scratch race event. [1] She again competed at the 2024 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships and won a gold medal in the scratch race, a silver medal in the omnium, and a bronze medal in the 500 metres time trial events. [2]
She will represent China at the 2024 Summer Paralympics. [3]
Dame Sarah Joanne Storey, is a British cyclist and swimmer, a multiple gold medalist in the Paralympic Games, and six times British (able-bodied) national track champion. This A positive disqualified him from the Rio Paralympics.

Alistair Donohoe is an Australian cyclist, who currently rides for Australian club team Blackburn CC. Following a right arm impairment in 2009, Donohoe became a multiple medallist at the UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships and UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships. He won two silver medals at the 2016 Summer Paralympics and a silver and bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Paralympics. He has been selected for the 2024 Paris Paralympics.
Jennifer Marie Valente is an American professional racing cyclist who is a two-time gold medalist in women's omnium at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics. As part of the U.S. team, she has also won the team pursuit at the Paris Olympics. Valente has ridden for UCI Women's Team Virginia's Blue Ridge–TWENTY24. She has won seven gold medals in the World Championships and five Olympic medals, making her the most decorated U.S. female cyclist in Olympic history.

As a XTERRA triathlete, she won over thirty events and was the XTERRA world champion in 2004. After being diagnosed with spindle cell sarcoma in 2008, Whitmore moved to para-cycling in the 2010s and competed in championships held by the Union Cycliste Internationale.
