Libertador is a municipality of Sucre, Venezuela. The capital is Tunapuy. [1]
The Capital District is a federal district of Venezuela. It has an area of 433 km2 (167 sq mi) and there is only one administrative division (municipio), Libertador, which contains about half of Caracas, the Venezuelan capital city, which is also the seat of the three branches of the federal government of Venezuela. The population in 2004 was 2,073,768. The District borders on the states of Vargas and Miranda.

The Chocavento Tower is a high-rise office building located in the San Isidro district of Lima, Peru, built in 2001. At a height of 107 meters, is the third highest building in Peru, surpassed by the "Centro Civico de Lima" at 109 meters, the "Westin Libertador Hotel" at 120 meters and the "Banco Continental (BBVA) Building" at 132 meters. The Chocavento building has 25 storeys above ground and five below ground. Its construction cost US$15.3 million.

The Liberator Party was a political party in Brazil which existed for two periods between 1928 and 1937 and then between 1945 and 1965. The PL's first incarnation was founded by members of the Rio Grande do Sul Federalist Party, notably Joaquim Francisco de Assis Brasil. Despite being the traditional opponents of the Riograndense Republican Party, it participated in the Gaucho United Front which supported the candidacy of Getúlio Vargas in the 1930 election. It supported the Revolution of 1930 which led to the overthrow of the Old Republic and the accession of Vargas to the presidency. The PL was abolished in 1937, following Vargas' self-coup and the establishment of the Estado Novo.

Libertador Morales, el justiciero, is a comedy-drama film produced by the Villa del Cine Foundation and directed by Efterpi Charlambidis, released on 31 July 2009. It was selected as the Venezuelan entry for the Best International Feature Film at the 82nd Academy Awards, but it was not nominated.
