The Lillis Business Complex (LCB) is a building on the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon. It is home to the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business (thus the LCB acronym for the Complex). [1] The complex consists of four buildings; the new main building (called Lillis Hall), completed in 2003, and three older buildings, Anstett Hall, Peterson Hall, and the Chiles Business Center.
The oldest building is Peterson Hall, which was completed in 1916 as the Education Building. In 1921, Anstett Hall, then called the Commerce Building, was completed to house the Business School. The two buildings were designed as a pair by the University Architect, Ellis F. Lawrence, and were designed to serve as "entry pylons" for the main campus quadrangle (now called the Memorial Quadrangle).
Commonwealth Hall opened in 1952, and connected Oregon Hall (formerly Education) and Commerce. In 1975, Commonwealth Hall was renamed after James H. Gilbert, and Education was renamed Gilbert West, while Commerce became Gilbert East.
The Chiles Business Center was completed (adjacent to the Gilberts) in 1986 to accommodate the expanding Lundquist College of Business. In 2001, Gilbert Hall (the former Commonwealth) was demolished to make way for construction of the Lillis Business Complex. At that time, Gilbert West (formerly Oregon Hall and Education) was renamed Peterson Hall, and later, Gilbert East took the name Anstett Hall.
The 2003 construction of the Lillis Business Complex resulted in the linking of all three existing buildings with the new Lillis "backbone." In addition, Lillis Hall contains numerous faculty offices, classrooms, a lecture hall, and an auditorium. [2]
The Lillis Business Complex combines 1920s architecture (embodied in the paired Peterson and Anstett Halls, flanking the main entrance to Lillis) with state-of-the-art facilities and sustainable design. [2] The front of the building (facing 13th street and the Memorial Quadrangle) features photovoltaic cells embedded in the glass, which provide a portion of the building's energy. In addition, the building, classrooms, and offices were oriented so as to maximize the use of natural light, and all rooms are outfitted with the latest sensor technology to minimize energy usage.
The atrium solar array is the largest installation of architectural solar glass in the Northwest United States, although about a third of the array does not generate power due to a large shade tree and the blocking of the afternoon sun by part of the building. University maintenance crews also placed trash cans in front of the lowest level of the solar panels, ensuring that this section of the array cannot generate electricity. [3]

Notre Dame of Marbel University, also known by its acronym NDMU, is a private Catholic educational institution run by the Marist Brothers in Koronadal, South Cotabato, Philippines. The MarAbel B. Frohnmayer Music Building is the home of the School of Music and Dance at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. The building was originally built in 1924, expanded in 1948, 1955, and 1977, and was renamed after MarAbel B. Frohnmayer in 2005.
Eaton Hall is an academic building on the campus of Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, United States. Completed in 1909, the four-story brick and stone hall is the fourth oldest building on the campus of the school after Waller Hall (1867), Gatke Hall (1903), and the Art Building (1907). Eaton is a mix of architectural styles and houses the humanities departments of the liberal arts college.

Ford Hall is a four-story academic hall at Willamette University in Salem in the U.S. state of Oregon. Completed in 2009, the building houses classrooms, offices, and laboratories from several disciplines of the school's College of Liberal Arts. The 42,000-square-foot (3,900 m2) structure cost $16 million and earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification upon completion for environmentally friendly features and construction. Ford Hall is named in honor of Hallie Ford, who contributed $8 million towards construction of the building.
Willamette Hall is a building on the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon. Opened in 1990, it is home to the university's Physics Department. The four-story building contains numerous faculty offices, a 224-seat lecture hall, classrooms, and laboratories. The atrium is named after Paul Olum, former university president and mathematician.

Collier House is a historic landmark building located in Eugene, Oregon, United States. It was built in 1886 by George Collier, a physics and chemistry professor at the University of Oregon, and his two sons to his own design. It was originally built as his residence but was sold to the university in 1893, when it joined University and Villard halls as the third building on the fledgling campus. It lies on the corner of University Street and 13th Avenue.
