Contents

Lime Salted Love bills itself as a minimalist drama. It is told in flashbacks by the main characters, Chase Triebel (Hall), David Triebel (David J. O'Donnell), Ellie Trillano (Agnello), and Zepher Genesee (Loken). The plot revolves around Chase and David, who must cope with pain and guilt after the death of their brother.

Other cast members include Kathleen Kinmont-See (Fraternity Vacation).

The film was screened on December 1, 2006 at the Whistler Film Festival.

Premise

The story is told from four characters. The institutionally confined David Triebel (David J. O'Donnell). Chase Triebel (Joe Hall) his guilt-ridden younger brother. Ellie Trillino (Danielle Agnello) Chase's emotionally damaged girlfriend. Zepher Genesee (Kristanna Loken) the sexual provocateur. In the visual narrative tradition of David Lynch the depiction of three bonded brothers broken by the accidental death of one and the residual guilt draping the remaining two. You see how damaged people are hurt even more by their own willful ways. Sometimes it is the smallest things we do to others that destroys them.
