Linley Hamilton (born 17 March 1965) is a musician, educator and broadcaster from Northern Ireland. He is a Dr. of Jazz Performance and Lecturer of Music at Ulster University Magee. [1] He presents Jazz World with Linley Hamilton on BBC Radio Ulster [2] and leads his own jazz quintet playing trumpet and flugelhorn. [3] Hamilton's associations as a session musician include Van Morrison, [4] Jacqui Dankworth, [5] Andrew Strong and Paul Brady. [6] He has 5 studio albums and is curator of the internationally acclaimed Jazz venue, Magy’s Farm in Co. Down, Northern Ireland. His current band is made up of Adam Nussbaum drums, Mark Egan bass, Cian Boylan piano and Derek DOC O’Connor. His wife Maggie is an author specialising in nature writing and they host a mini-Donkey Sanctuary at their farm.

Cara Elizabeth Dillon is a Northern Irish folk singer. In 1995, she joined the folk supergroup Equation and signed a record deal with Warners Music Group. After leaving the group, she collaborated with Sam Lakeman under the name Polar Star. In 2001, she released her first solo album, Cara Dillon, which featured traditional songs and two original Dillon/Lakeman compositions. The album was an unexpected hit in the folk world, with Dillon receiving four nominations at the 2002 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
