Lipuli FC is a football club based in Iringa, Tanzania. They play at 5,000 capacity Samora Stadium in the Tanzanian Premier League after being promoted for the 2017–18 season. [2]

They primarily wear red with white trim. They are now wearing white with maroon trim. [3]

Iringa Airport is an airport in Tanzania serving Iringa and the surrounding Iringa Region. It is 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) northeast of the municipality. The airport's single runway lies parallel to the A104 trunk road.

Singida United won back to back promotions winning the Tanzanian Second Division League Group A in 2016 and the Tanzanian First Division League Group C in 2017. Faustina Charles Mfinanga, popularly known by her stage name Nandy is a Tanzanian actress, singer and songwriter of Pare heritage, she was born and raised in the city of Moshi in Kilimanjaro Region. She won the All Africa Music Awards twice in the best female artist in East Africa category in 2017 and 2020. Nandy is regarded as one of the best and successful artists in Tanzania of all time.

Vicent Philipo Mayombya is a Tanzanian football player who plays for Lipuli. He was selected for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations squad.
