Liquid Sound Company are an American acid/psychedelic rock band, formed in the late 1990s.
Formed by John Perez in 1996, [1] the group originates from Arlington, Texas. Perez has mainly been busy playing heavy doom with bands Solitude Aeturnus and Sorrows Path, adding to the band's lack of stability over the years as a steady, active band. The group features psychedelic influences from west coast psychedelic to the heavier Hawkwind territory, noting Dead Flowers and Agitation Free as influencing artists.
Rockadelic Records released the debut album, Exploring The Psychedelic, in 1996 where Perez is supported by Teri Pritchard (bass) and drummer Jason Spradlin. The band offers diversified songs with a minimalistic sound but also features heavy fuzz guitars, oriental influences and hypnotic elements. They would release another effort in 2002 named Inside the Acid Temple, this time with Moog support by new bass player David Fargason. The album was re-released in 2005 by German Nasoni label on vinyl. The band returned in 2011 with the new album, Acid Music for Acid People on Nasoni, made of studio outtakes and two extended live cuts.
Liquid Sound Company was signed with Brainticket Records as of 2010.

Parliament-Funkadelic is an American music collective of rotating musicians headed by George Clinton, primarily consisting of the funk bands Parliament and Funkadelic, both active since the 1960s. Their distinctive funk style drew on psychedelic culture, outlandish fashion, science-fiction, and surreal humor; it would have an influential effect on subsequent funk, post-punk, hip-hop, and techno artists of the 1980s and 1990s, while their collective mythology would help pioneer Afrofuturism. The groups released albums such as Maggot Brain (1971), Mothership Connection (1975), and One Nation Under a Groove (1978) to critical praise, and scored charting hits with singles such as "Give Up the Funk" (1975) and "Flash Light" (1978). Overall, the collective achieved thirteen top ten hits in the American R&B music charts between 1967 and 1983, including six number one hits.

Acid Bath was an American sludge metal band from Houma, Louisiana, active from 1991 to 1997. Acid Bath combined doom metal roots with influences from hardcore punk, death metal, gothic rock, and blues to create the band's unique sound. In a Pit Magazine interview, vocalist Dax Riggs classified their sound as "death rock". In another interview, guitarist Sammy Duet described their sound as "gothic hardcore". They broke up after the death of bassist Audie Pitre in a traffic collision in January 1997.
Solitude Aeturnus is an American epic doom metal band that was started in early 1987 as Solitude in Arlington, Texas. Their vocalist, Robert Lowe, was also the singer for the doom metal band Candlemass between 2007 and 2012. Former bassist Lyle Steadham is now guitarist and lead vocalist for the band Ghoultown.
Trouble is an American doom metal band from Aurora, Illinois, formed in 1979. They are often considered one of the pioneers of doom metal, and have been referred to as one of the genre's "big four" alongside Candlemass, Pentagram and Saint Vitus. The band created a distinct style, taking influences of the British heavy metal bands Black Sabbath and Judas Priest, and psychedelic rock of the 1970s.

The Deep was a short-lived American psychedelic rock band made up of musicians from New York City, who in 1966 traveled to Philadelphia to record a one-time LP, Psychedelic Moods. All That Remains is an American heavy metal band from Springfield, Massachusetts, formed in 1998. They have released nine studio albums, a live CD and DVD, and have sold over a million records worldwide. The group currently consists of vocalist Philip Labonte, rhythm guitarist Mike Martin, former Diecast drummer Jason Costa, and lead guitarist Jason Richardson, with Labonte being the last remaining original member. In spite of this, the band's line-up had remained consistent from the release of 2008's Overcome until 2015's The Order of Things, spanning four albums. This line-up changed, however, in September 2015, when long-time bassist Jeanne Sagan left the band, with Patrick taking her place, and then again in February 2019, when the band confirmed that Jason Richardson would be joining the band to replace the deceased lead guitarist and original member, Oli Herbert. In 2021, Aaron Patrick parted ways with All That Remains to focus on his other band, Bury Your Dead.
