Lise Solveig Wiik (born 23 March 1947) is a Norwegian teacher, researcher and politician for the Labour Party.

She served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Telemark during the terms 20012005, 20052009 and 20132017. [1] On the local level Wiik was the mayor of Notodden from 2007 to 2011, and she has served as a member of Telemark County Council. [2]

She has been a lecturer and dean at Telemark University College, [3] chair of the Notodden Blues Festival since 2010 [4] and the Telemark Research Institute since 2011. [5]

Since 1991 only passenger trains are operated, using Y1 stock by Norges Statsbaner (NSB).

Notodden Airport is a municipal regional airport at Heddal in Notodden, a municipality in Vestfold og Telemark county, Norway. The airport is mostly used for general aviation, and has extensive sailplane activity. Bergen Air Transport operates the airport's only scheduled route, six times per week to Bergen Airport, Flesland. In 2011, the airport had 5,078 aircraft movements and 3,423 passengers. The airport has a single 1,393-by-40-meter runway with flight information service and instrument landing system. In connection with the airport is a water aerodrome, which uses the lake of Heddalsvatnet for take-off and landing.

The Tinnoset Line was a 30-kilometer (19 mi) long Norwegian railway line that went from Tinnoset to Notodden in Vestfold og Telemark county. The railway was part of the transport chain used to transport fertilizer from Norsk Hydro's factory in Rjukan to the port in Skien. The railway opened in 1909 and was closed when the plant closed in 1991. The railway is sometimes mistakenly believed to be part of the Rjukan Line.
