Lisnahederna (Irish : Lios na hEadarnaidhe, meaning ' ringfort of the ambush') [1] is a townland located in County Cavan, Ireland. The name means the fort of the ambush. It is located in the parish of Mullagh, the barony of Castlerahan.

It is situated mainly in the townland of Lisoneill, with some areas in the townland of Castle Balfour Demesne, both in the civil parish of Aghalurcher and the historic barony of Magherastephana.
