Horatio High School is comprehensive public junior/senior high school for seventh through twelfth grades students located in Horatio, Arkansas, United States. The southwest Arkansas school is administered by the Horatio School District.

Jacksonville High School (JHS) is a secondary public school located in Jacksonville, Arkansas for students in grades nine through twelve. JHS serves students in the Jacksonville and McAlmont communities and is administered by the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District (JNPSD). The school was previously in the Pulaski County Special School District. In 2007, Jacksonville requested to become separated from the PCSSD and form its own school district, but a final decision had not been made on that request.

The New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) is the governing body of interscholastic sports for most public schools in New York outside New York City. The organization was created in 1923, after a predecessor organization called the New York State Public High School Association of Basketball Leagues began in 1921 to bring consistency to eligibility rules and to conduct state tournaments. It consists of 768 member high schools from the state divided into 11 geographic sections. While as its name suggests the vast majority of its members are public, it does include a number of private and Catholic high schools. Most of these are located in Central New York and the Capital District, where parallel sanctioning bodies for private schools do not exist. It is a member of the National Federation of State High School Associations as well as the New York State Federation of Secondary School Athletic Associations.

County Line High School is a comprehensive high school in Branch, Arkansas located along the Franklin County and Logan County border. Established in 1950, school supports students in grades 7 through 12 and is administered by the County Line School District.

Junction City High School is a comprehensive public junior/senior high school serving grades seven through twelve in the rural, distant community of Junction City, Arkansas, United States. Located in southern Union County, Arkansas, Junction City High School is one of seven public high schools in the county and is the sole high school managed by the Junction City School District. The school has a concurrent credit arrangement for students at the nearby South Arkansas Community College. Since 1974, Junction City High School has won seven state baseball championships.

Westside High School is a comprehensive public junior/senior high school serving grades eight through twelve in unincorporated Craighead County, Arkansas, United States, in a rural area near Jonesboro. Westside High School is one of eight public high schools in the county and is the sole high school managed by the Westside Consolidated School District. The school is alternatively referred to as Jonesboro Westside or Westside Consolidated.

Arkadelphia High School is a comprehensive public junior/senior high school serving grades nine through twelve in the rural, fringe community of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, United States.
