The Bangladesh A cricket team, also known as Bangladesh Emerging cricket team, is a cricket team representing Bangladesh, and is the second tier of international Bangladeshi cricket below the full Bangladesh national cricket team. The team played its first game, against the full Pakistan side, at Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan Cricket Ground in 5 January 2002.

The Dhaka Metropolis cricket team is a Bangladeshi first-class cricket team based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The team competes in the National Cricket League.

The Barisal Division cricket team or Barisal Blazers is a Bangladeshi first-class team representing the Barisal Division, one of the seven administrative regions in Bangladesh. The team competes in the National Cricket League and was formerly a participant in the now-defunct National Cricket League One-Day. In the short-lived National Cricket League Twenty20 competition, played in the 2009–10 season only, Barisal played in their official green and black colors. The equivalent team in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is the Fortune Barishal.

The Sylhet Division Cricket Team is a Bangladeshi first-class team representing Sylhet Division, one of the country's eight administrative regions. The team competes in the National Cricket League (NCL) and the National Cricket League Twenty20, and previously participated in the now-defunct National Cricket League One-Day tournament.

The Bangladesh national cricket team toured New Zealand in November and December 1997 and played four first-class and four List A matches against teams representing the northern, central and southern regions of New Zealand. Bangladesh also played three List A matches. They lost two by large margins, one was unfinished, and a fourth was abandoned without play. Bangladesh were captained by Akram Khan. Bangladesh had just won the 1997 ICC Trophy and was a candidate for Test status, which was granted on 26 June 2000.

The East Zone cricket team or Islami Bank East Zone is a first class cricket team that represents eastern Bangladesh in the Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL). It is a composite team of two Bangladeshi first-class teams: Chittagong Division and Sylhet Division. East Zone has played in the BCL from the opening 2012–13 season.

Masters' Cricket Carnival - Bangladesh (MCC-Bangladesh) is an initiative of former national cricketers of Bangladesh. Every year, the tournament takes place in different cities of Bangladesh and is contested by former national & first class cricketers of Bangladesh.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2018–19 Dhaka Premier Division Twenty20 Cricket League</span> Cricket tournament

The 2018–19 Dhaka Premier Division Twenty20 Cricket League was the first edition of the Dhaka Premier Division Twenty20 Cricket League, a Twenty20 cricket competition that was held in Bangladesh. It started on 25 February 2019 and concluded on 4 March 2019. The tournament took place directly before the 2018–19 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League, and features the same twelve teams. The final of the competition was played as a night game at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.
