The Castleford Tigers are a professional rugby league club in Castleford, West Yorkshire, England. They play their home games at Wheldon Road, also known as The Jungle, and compete in the Super League, the top flight of the British rugby league system.
Matthew Cook is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays as a prop, second-row and loose forward for the Widnes Vikings in the Betfred Championship.
Daryl A. Powell is a rugby league coach. He is the head coach of Wakefield Trinity who play in the RFL Championship. He is a former professional rugby league footballer who played as a stand-off in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s.
Terry Matterson is an Australian rugby league coach and former player. Matterson played in Australia's premiership for the Eastern Suburbs Roosters and the Brisbane Broncos, and was also selected to play in the State of Origin for New South Wales once in 1989. He was a goal-kicking lock and he played the majority of his club football for the Brisbane Broncos, with whom he won the 1992 and 1993 premierships, in addition to stints with the Eastern Suburbs Roosters and the London Broncos. He worked as a head coach in the Super League for the Castleford Tigers between 2005 and 2011. From October 2013 Matterson was the head coach of the United States.
Liam Richard Finn is a former rugby league footballer. An Ireland international representative scrum-half, stand-off or hooker, he played for Halifax, Widnes Vikings, Wakefield Trinity and Castleford Tigers in the Super League, as well as Dewsbury Rams and Featherstone Rovers in the Championship. He is the current head coach of Dewsbury Rams.

Alan Hardisty, also known by the nickname of "Chuck", is an English former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, and coached in the 1970s and 1980s.
