The following is a list of Cincinnati Bearcats men's basketball head coaches. There have been 28 head coaches of the Bearcats in their 122-season history.^[1]

Cincinnati's current head coach is Wes Miller. He was hired as the Bearcats' head coach in April 2021,^[2] replacing John Brannen, who was fired after the 2020–21 season.^[3]

Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, he played at the collegiate level for James Madison University and the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill, where he graduated in 2007. Professionally, Miller played for London Capital of the British Basketball League. He was previously head coach at UNC Greensboro, and served stints as an assistant coach at Elon University and High Point University.

The Bearcats have an all-time record of over .500, having reached their 600th program victory in 2017. The program has had a resurgence in recent years. After joining the Big East for the 2005 season, the Bearcats have gone 155–75, along with 14 bowl game appearances, 7 conference titles, 4 BCS/NY6 Bowl berths and 38 NFL Draft selections, as of the 2022 season.

The Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball team represents the University of Mississippi in the sport of basketball. The Rebels compete in the NCAA Division I and the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They started the 2015–16 season playing home games at Tad Smith Coliseum on the university's Oxford campus, but played their final game in that facility on December 22, 2015. The Rebels opened a new on-campus arena, The Pavilion at Ole Miss, on January 7, 2016. The Rebels were led by 12-year head coach Andy Kennedy until his resignation on February 18, 2018. Tony Madlock, an assistant under Kennedy, served as the interim head coach for the remainder of the 2017–18 season. On March 15, 2018, the school hired former Middle Tennessee head coach Kermit Davis as the new head coach and was formally introduced on March 19. Davis was fired in his sixth season on February 24, 2023, after posting a 2–13 conference record with two games remaining on the schedule. Assistant coach Win Case took over as interim coach for the remainder of the season.

Luke Joseph Fickell is an American football coach and former player. He is the current head coach at the University of Wisconsin. Previously he was the head coach at the University of Cincinnati, a position he held from 2016 through 2022. Fickell played college football as a nose guard at Ohio State University from 1993 to 1996 and then was an assistant coach for the Buckeyes. He was interim head coach at Ohio State for the entire 2011 season.

John Brannen is an American basketball coach, mostly recently serving as a program analyst and senior special assistant for the University of Dayton Flyers. Brannen previously spent two seasons as the men's basketball coach of the University of Cincinnati Bearcats and four seasons as the head coach for the Northern Kentucky University Norse. Before that he spent nine seasons as an assistant coach to Anthony Grant at both VCU and Alabama. For the Tide's two games in the 2015 National Invitation Tournament, Brannen served as interim head coach.

They finished the season 12–11, 8–6 in AAC play to finish in fifth place. They defeated SMU and Wichita State in the AAC tournament before losing to Houston in the championship game.

David DeJulius is an American professional basketball player for BG Göttingen of the German Basketball Bundesliga (BBL). He previously played college basketball for the Cincinnati Bearcats, where he was a two-time Third-team All-AAC performer, as well as for the Michigan Wolverines. He attended Edison Public School Academy for two years before transferring to East English Village Preparatory Academy, where he finished 3rd in the 2018 Mr. Basketball of Michigan and was 2018 Mr. PSL for his play in the Detroit Public School League.
