There are 87 stations that are operated in normal operation on the Copenhagen S-train, an urban rail network which serves the Copenhagen metropolitan area in Denmark.

The stations are located on six suburban radial routes - A, B, Bx, C, E, H, and a ring line (F).

Forty-six are elevated, twenty-one are street level, fifteen are below street, four have different levels and one is underground. Of the 84 stations, are 32 located inside the four one-figured ticket fare zones, [1] and another 35 stations are located within the Copenhagen Urban area.

17 stations can be said to be located in suburbs. [2]

Lines E and H do not operate during weekends and nights. Line Bx is only operated in rush hour.

The table states the station's name, the lines which serve it, whether it is elevated or underground (the grade), fastest weekday morning travel time in minutes to Nørreport, the ticket zone and the transfer possibilities (if any) that are available at the station.

Høvelte station is a military station, with very few trains stopping to drop off passengers at Høvelte Barracks..

Kildedal, is not operated on Monday-Friday evenings.

Flintholm, København Syd and Danshøj stations have tracks crossing each other at different levels with platforms on each level, while at Ryparken they are on the same level.

M2 is a line of the Copenhagen Metro, colored yellow on the map. It runs from Vanløse to Lufthavnen through the center of Copenhagen, sharing track with the M1 from Vanløse to Christianshavn. The line was built along with M1 as part of the redevelopment of Ørestad. The principle of the line was passed in 1992, and construction commenced in 1998. The line opened in several stages between 2002 and 2007. It is owned by Metroselskabet and operated by Metro Service, and operates with a headway between four and twenty minutes.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Boulevard Line</span>

The Boulevard Line is a 3.2-kilometer (2.0 mi) long partly underground railway between Copenhagen Central Station and Østerport Station in Copenhagen, Denmark. The quadruple track railway carries today one dual track for the Copenhagen S-train system and another dual track for the mainline railway and regional trains. The line has two intermediate stations, Vesterport Station and Nørreport Station. It continues above ground to Nordhavn station and at Svanemøllen station the tracks separate towards either Ryparken station or Hellerup station. Dybbølsbro station is also located along this railway, located just a bit south of Copenhagen Central. Out of the four main S-train branches, three follow this path, between Dybbølsbro and Svanemøllen. Only at Copenhagen Central, Nørreport and Østerport do all trains stop. While Dybbølsbro, Vesterport, Nordhavn and Svanemøllen all are S-train stations only..

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Israels Plads</span>

Israels Plads is a large public square in central Copenhagen, Denmark, located in the area between Nørreport station and The Lakes. Its northern part hosts a market. Its southern part was extensively redesigned in 2014, with transition into the adjacent Ørsted Park.

Kultorvet is a public square in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. Together with Købmagergade and the southern part of Frederiksborggade, it forms a pedestrian zone between Nørreport station and Amagertorv on Strøget. The square is lined with cafés and shops and is a popular venue for outdoor concerts in the summer time. Copenhagen Central Library was from the 1950s based on the square but has now relocated to a building in Krystalgade. Transport in Copenhagen and the surrounding area relies on a well established infrastructure making it a hub in Northern Europe thanks to its road and rail networks as well as its international airport. Thanks to its many cycle tracks, Copenhagen is considered to be one of the world's most bicycle-friendly cities. The metro and S-train systems are key features of the city's well-developed public transport facilities. Since July 2000, the Øresund Bridge has served as a road and rail link to Malmö in Sweden. The city is also served by ferry connections to Oslo in Norway while its award-winning harbour is an ever more popular port of call for cruise ships.
