Elinor, Olive, and Ari have made carrot cupcakes, but they aren't selling in the park. Everyone loves cupcakes, they figure out that they need to spread the color, and the smell.

Animal Town is having its Town Picnic, and Ari is getting impatient for waiting for Ms. Llama's ketchup. They find out that the ketchup is taking a long time to pour out of the bottle due to it being too goopy. They figure out that adding water can make things more runny.

Ari has lost his new super bouncy ball. He and his friends look around, and they track where Ari has been throughout the whole day. They figure out that to keep something safe, you should put it in a special place.


Storytime: Ms. Mole tells a story about ants, and if ants have families.

Animal Town is having its Tomato Festival, and Elinor, Ari, and Olive are participating in the Tomato Drop, they can't keep the tomato from smushing. They figure out that they can use something as a chute to keep the tomato from smushing.


The kids are learning how to play soccer, but Elinor and Ari aren't as good as the others. Elinor can't kick the ball as far, and Ari keeps catching the ball with his hands. They figure out that everybody has their own special ability.

Ari wants to wear his lucky shirt for today's soccer game, but it's too small. He and his friends find out that Ari's growing, and he needs to wear his green shirt.

While exploring the park, Ari and Olive explain to each other about caterpillars and butterflies. When a butterfly lands on little Miri's nose, it makes Elinor wonder, "what do butterfly babies look like?". They figure out that butterfly babies are actually: caterpillars.


Elinor, Ari, and Olive have their own circus. But, neither of them are good at their acts. With the help of Siggy Squirrel, they figure out that what they need is balance.

"Olive's Tree"

Elinor is spending the day with her Bibi, and she fins an owl that doesn't act like a normal owl. She and Bibi notices that things look different, but they're still the same thing. She figures out that it was a burrowing owl she saw, and that she doesn't know everything about owls.


Olive loves her special tree in the park. When it falls down, she is really sad. She and her friends figure out that the tree will still have a role in the park as a wildlife tree.

Elinor, Olive, and Ari are at art class with Mr. Lion, but they're out of paint. They find that grass and berries can make paint-like items. They figure out that you can use things from nature to make art.


There's litter in the park, and the kids want to help Mrs. Hippo get rid of the litter. But, there's even more around the town. Elinor figures out that the cause of the litter is her, Olive, Ari, and Mrs. Hippo.

Elinor's friends learn why birds fly high, while flying in Ms. Mole's hot air balloon.

After accidentally leaving the macaroni and cheese behind, Koa becomes tired due to all the activity before finding Señor Tapir, which he learns that will eat healthy food.

Jorge Gabriel Cham is an engineer-turned cartoonist, writer and producer, who writes the web comic strip Piled Higher and Deeper. Cham was born in Panama and lives in the United States, where he started drawing PhD Comics as a graduate student at Stanford University. He has since been syndicated in several university newspapers and in six published book collections. He was featured on NPR on December 20, 2010. With physicist Daniel Whiteson, he is the coauthor of We Have No Idea (2017), a book about unsolved problems in physics. In September 2018, Cham and Whiteson debuted the podcast Daniel and Jorge Explain the Universe, produced by iHeartMedia, in which the hosts aim to explain popular questions and complex topics about science, technology, and the universe, in the simplest way possible. In October 2024 the podcast ended as co-hosts Whiteson and Cham decided to pursue separate projects.

Miklos Perlus is a Canadian actor, writer, and story editor. Perlus has appeared on Canadian series Student Bodies, Road to Avonlea and Sidekick. He has written for Degrassi: The Next Generation and other series. He has also worked in television program development for several organizations.

<i>Dinosaur Train</i> Preschool animated television series on PBS Kids

Dinosaur Train is an animated television series aimed at preschoolers ages 3 to 6 and created by Craig Bartlett, who also created Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold!. The series features a Tyrannosaurus rex named Buddy who, together with the rest of his family, who are all Pteranodons, takes the Dinosaur Train to explore the Mesozoic, and have adventures with a variety of dinosaurs. It is co-produced by The Jim Henson Company in association with the Infocomm Media Development Authority, Sparky Animation, FableVision, Snee-Oosh, Inc., Reel FX, and Sea to Sky Entertainment. As of September 2018, PBS Kids had ordered 11 more episodes, taking the total number of episodes to 100. A film based on the series from Universal Pictures and Universal 1440 Entertainment titled, Dinosaur Train: Adventure Island premiered on April 12, 2021.

<i>Lets Go Luna!</i> Animated educational television series

Let's Go Luna! is an educational animated children's television series created by Joe Murray that aired on PBS Kids. Murray formerly worked on the Nickelodeon animated series Rocko's Modern Life and Cartoon Network animated series Camp Lazlo. It is co-produced by 9 Story Media Group. Judy Greer provides the voice of the titular Luna. In the first season, there are 38 half-hour episodes and a one-hour special. The second season has 26 episodes and premiered on May 10, 2021. Each episode consists of two 11-minute story segments, with a short segment of one of the characters telling a folktale, song or poem from that country in between.

Complexly is an American online video and audio production company, based in Missoula, Montana, and Indianapolis, Indiana. Its founders are brothers John and Hank Green, who began their Vlogbrothers YouTube channel in 2007. In 2012, the Greens began producing educational video content with the YouTube channels Crash Course and SciShow, and in the years since have created many other channels and podcasts which have been folded into the company. Originally named EcoGeek LLC, it was founded by Hank Green to support his blog on environmental and science issues and was renamed in 2016. Also associated with the Green brothers, but separate from Complexly's operations, are DFTBA Records, the Project for Awesome, VidCon, and Subbable. <i>Super Why!</i> American-Canadian animated preschool television series

Super Why! is an animated superhero preschool educational television series created by Angela Santomero and developed by Santomero and Samantha Freeman Alpert for PBS Kids. Santomero and Alpert additionally serve as executive producers alongside Steven DeNure and Anne Loi. The series was produced by Santomero and Alpert's New York City-based production company Out of the Blue Enterprises in co-production with Decode Entertainment for the first season and DHX Studios Halifax for the second and third seasons. Animation was by Toronto-based C.O.R.E. Toons, Gallus Entertainment and DHX Media. Blippi is a popular American educational YouTube channel aimed at toddlers and young children. The show features a cheerful, energetic character named Blippi, who takes viewers on adventures to places like factories, play parks, and zoos. As he tours these locations, Blippi relays his experiences directly to his audience, posing questions and explaining unfamiliar concepts. Blippi was acquired by Moonbug Entertainment in 2020, and became a subsidiary of Candle Media on November 1, 2021.

The Ready-To-Learn (RTL) Act is a project funded by PBS and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) to supply educational programming and materials for preschool and elementary school children. Created in 1992, the Ready-To-Learn Act furthered the creation of the Ready-To-Learn programming block which provided eleven hours of educational programming throughout the day on the PBS channel. The initiative aimed to support low-income communities by providing educational content addressing social and emotional development as well as emphasizing language and cognitive skills for children ages 2-8 years old.

Work It Out Wombats! is a children's animated television series that premiered on February 6, 2023, on PBS Kids. The series is produced by GBH Kids and Pipeline Studios. The series also has a podcast, which premiered on January 4, 2024. Reception to the series has been positive. This series will have a hour-long special episode.
