Fresh Pretty Cure! is the sixth Pretty Cure anime television series produced by Toei Animation. The series focuses on four Cures, Love Momozono, Miki Aono, Inori Yamabuki and Setsuna Higashi, who transform into Cure Peach, Cure Berry, Cure Pine, and Cure Passion, respectively. Their mission is to defend this world and the parallel worlds from the evil Labyrinth. The series began airing in Japan from February 1, 2009 and January 31, 2010, replacing Yes! Precure 5 GoGo! in its initial timeslot and was succeeded by HeartCatch PreCure! . It has four pieces of theme music: two opening and two ending themes. The opening theme for episodes the first 25 episodes is "Let's! Fresh Pretty Cure" (Let's!フレッシュプリキュア Rettsu! Furesshu Purikyua?) by Mizuki Moie, and the ending theme is "You make me happy!" by Momoko Hayashi. For episodes 26–50 the opening theme is "Let's! Fresh Pretty Cure! ~Hybrid Version~" (Let's!フレッシュプリキュア~Hybrid.ver~ Rettsu! Furesshu Purikyua ~Hybrid.ver~?) by Mizuki Moie and Momoko Hayashi, and the ending theme is "H@ppy Together" by Momoko Hayashi.

The Elder goes to the Pretty Cure Forest and prays in the corresponding temple. Lightning strikes the temple and he sees four Pickruns flying away. Meanwhile, in the human world, Love goes to the dance unit Trinity event. On the way, a huge monster called a Nakewameke appears, ruining the event. Love tries to protect her idol, Miyuki. Suddenly, the Pirun appears and goes to her mobile phone, allowing her to transform into Cure Peach and battle the monster.
2	"Freshly-Gathered Fresh! Cure Berry is Born!!" Transliteration: "Tsumitate Furesshu! Kyua Berī Tanjō!!" (Japanese: つみたてフレッシュ！キュアベリー誕生!!)	February 8, 2009 (2009-02-08)
After the battle, Tart appears in front of Love. According to Tart, she is the legendary warrior, Pretty Cure, who must stop Mobius' ambition. Love is shocked upon hearing this. Tart tells Love that they need to find the other three Pretty Cure. Meanwhile, Miki encounters a vending machine-like Nakewameke, and gains the power to transform into Cure Berry through the power of Birun to protect her brother.

Inori has begun feeling left out because she is too shy to dance with Love and Miki. She finds comfort in taking care of a little boy's dog, and when the dog becomes a Nakewameke, Inori gains the ability to transform into Cure Pine through the Kirun and defeat the monster.
4	"Chiffon is Lost? The Whole Town's Already in a Big Riot!!" Transliteration: "Shifon ga Maigo? Machijū Mō Ōsawagi!!" (Japanese: シフォンが迷子？町中もう大騒ぎ!!)	February 22, 2009 (2009-02-22)
When Chiffon goes missing and causes a ruckus in town, it's up to the girls to find her.

Three boys from Love's school go on a triple date with the girls, but then Wester makes a panda cart become a Nakewameke and cause chaos.

Love buys hamburgers at the shop where her mother works. After Love finishes cooking the hamburgers disappear due to Soular's Nakewameke. Later on, the same Nakewameke erases the Cures' mothers, and it is up to the Cures to finish off the Nakewameke.
7	"Setsuna and Love: The Clover of Friendship!" Transliteration: "Setsuna to Rabu, Yūjō no Kurōbā!" (Japanese: せつなとラブ 友情のクローバー!)	March 15, 2009 (2009-03-15)
Setsuna goes to the town centre to meet Love according to fortune telling. Love is playing Lucky Draw in town when Setsuna meets her. She asked Love to give a tour of the town, on the way, she tries to steal Love's Linkrun.
8	"Chiffon in a Pinch! Peach's New Power!!" Transliteration: "Shifon Dai Pinchi! Pīchi no Atarashii Chikara!!" (Japanese: シフォン大ピンチ！ピーチの新しい力!!)	March 22, 2009 (2009-03-22)
Love accidentally forgot to refil the Cure Vitan, Chiffon's food, and lost the contact to get more. Chiffon cannot get food from Linkrun, so Love has to cook something for Chiffon. Cure Peach's new weapon, Cure Stick, Peach Rod, first appears in this episode.
9	"Miki's Dream, I Want to Quit Being Pretty Cure!!" Transliteration: "Miki no Yume, Watashi Purikyua Yameru!!" (Japanese: 美希の夢 私プリキュアやめる!!)	March 29, 2009 (2009-03-29)
Miki wants to be a famous top model around the world. One day she got the chance for the audition; if she passes the audition, she can get the chance to be a model overseas. She is very happy, but at the same time, she thinks of Love and Inori, because if she passes, she has to say farewell to them. She is puzzled when she realizes that she has to quit dance and Pretty Cure in order to fulfill her dream.

Inori is afraid of ferrets, so she dare not to approach Tart. One day, from Souler's Nakewameke they swap bodies and it is up to the girls to stop him.

The girls come late to a dance session. Miyuki gets angry at this and she won't teach the girls dancing anymore.

Wester turns one of Love's dad's wigs into a Nakewameke, which gives everyone in Clover Town Street weird wig hairstyles. Instead of what Westar's wished, the children is happy, though.

When Chiffon falls ill, Inori is tasked with nursing her back to health. Cure Pine's new weapon, Cure Stick, Pine Flute, makes its debut.

Now that Chiffon is able to talk, she tells of four special Pickruns. These give the girls the ability to become Pretty Cure and grant them powers. Three of them, the Pirun, the Blun, and the Kirun, are found. All that remains is the Akarun, a red Pickrun...

Love meets with Setsuna once again. Setsuna learns that Love truly trusts her as a friend.

It's time for the Culture Festival in Love's school. Love and Daisuke has a fight during school. When Love gets trapped inside the school with Daisuke, they have to work together to escape the Nakewameke.

Miki is tasked with babysitting Chiffon. Cure Berry's new weapon, Cure Stick, Berry Sword, makes it first appearance.

Mobius, the being running Labyrinth, sees that it's time to destroy Pretty Cure. He gives Eas a new card, but the card has bad side effects to the user...

Due to all the training for a dance competition, the girls are worn out and are being slowed down. They have to choose whether to keep dancing or live on being just Pretty Cure.

The night before the dance competition, the girls are hospitalized due to fatigue. Miyuki realizes that while it's important to focus on dance, it's also important to focus on recovery. She soon finds about Pretty Cure, but refuses to become the red Pretty Cure.

After being discharged, the girls believe that Miyuki is the fourth member of Pretty Cure. They go on another search for the Akarun. However, they run into Eas again, who reveals her identity as Setsuna.

Setsuna is purified by Cure Peach and becomes something she'd never thought she would become: the red Pretty Cure of happiness, Cure Passion.

Setsuna, who has just become Cure Passion, doesn't have a place to go back to. While she's walking down the street, she meets Love, who's going to a restaurant with her parents.

Setsuna is haunted by her past deeds as Eas and must confront them when a doppelganger of Eas attacks the Pretty Cures.

Setsuna feels that she wants to join Clover, the dancing group formed by Love, Miki, and Inori.

During the summer festival, the girls meet a comedy duo called Audrey.

Remembering the time spent with her grandfather, a Nakewameke causes Love to dream of being reunited with him. However, Love must choose between staying with her grandfather in this dream world or helping her friends defeat the Nakewameke.

The girls and Tart begin to realize something is up with Kaoru and they investigate.

One day, Tart starts having stomachaches. Ayumi, Love's Mother, brings him to Dr. Yamabuki's, not knowing Tart is actually a fairy from the Sweets Kingdom!
31	"Love and Daisuke: The Make Up Strategy!" Transliteration: "Rabu to Daisuke, Nakanaori no Shikata!" (Japanese: ラブと大輔　仲直りのしかた!)	September 6, 2009 (2009-09-06)
The new school term has begun. Love is happy seeing that Setsuna has become popular in Yotsuba Junior High, but Daisuke isn't happy...
32	"Good Bye! Tart and Chiffon!!" Transliteration: "Sayōnara! Taruto to Shifon!!" (Japanese: さようなら！タルトとシフォン!!)	September 13, 2009 (2009-09-13)
Tart and Chiffon return to the Sweets Kingdom, and the Cures have accompanied them. That, and they find out Tart is the Prince of the Kingdom and is engaged to a pink ferret named Azukina. The Clover music box of Happiness debuts in this episode.

Miki has trouble fighting an octopus Nakewameke, because she has a fear of octopuses.

The treasure Infinity makes its appearance, a new villain arrives to aid Moebius, and a whole day gets replayed over and over.

Things seemed hopeless for Pretty Cure until two new heroes and the people of Labyrinth came to help them.

Moebius isn't what he seems to be... Well, he is actually the AI of a giant supercomputer which controls Labyrinth and uses a robotic body as a facade. The cures must venture into the heart of the supercomputer to rescue Chiffon.

The final battle between Cure Angel Peach, Berry, Pine and Passion vs. Moebius. But Moebius refuses to give up and attempts to use Chiffon to destroy Labyrinth in a last ditch effort to defeat the Cures. But, the cures manages to reach Chiffon with their Loving True Heart Fresh attack and escape the supercomputer before it explodes. With the people of Labyrinth freed the Cures return home. Their adventure over, the girls look to the future and what new happiness awaits them.
