Havok is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men. He first appears in Uncanny X-Men No. 54, and was created by writer Arnold Drake and penciller Don Heck. Havok generates powerful "plasma blasts", an ability he has had difficulty controlling. One of the sons of Corsair, he is the younger brother of the X-Men's Cyclops, and the older brother of Vulcan. He often resents Cyclops' authoritarian attitude and reputation as a model member of the X-Men.

Polaris (comics) comic book character

Polaris is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Arnold Drake and Jim Steranko, Polaris first appeared in The X-Men #49. She is the younger half-sister of Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch. For the majority of her publication history, she has been a superheroine, and a member of either the X-Men or one of its sister groups, such as X-Factor. In comics published from 1987 to 1989, she was possessed by a villainous telepathic entity called Malice. In comics published from 2000 to 2001 she was a member of the Acolytes and Magneto's cabinet on Genosha.

The Shi'ar are a fictional species of aliens appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Shi'ar Empire, is a vast collection of alien species, cultures, and worlds situated close to the Skrull and Kree Empires. The Shi'ar are one of the three main extraterrestrial empires depicted in the Marvel Universe, alongside the Kree and Skrull empires.

Corsair is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is depicted as a star-faring hero who leads the Starjammers, and the father of X-Men superheroes Cyclops and Havok and the supervillain Vulcan. He first appeared in X-Men #104, and was created by Dave Cockrum.

The Starjammers are a fictional team of space pirates appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Starjammers have often appeared in the pages of the X-Men comic books. The Starjammers first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #107 and were created by Dave Cockrum. The name "Starjammers" was created on the basis of the type of sailing ship known as "Windjammer".

The Imperial Guard is a team of fictional super-powered alien warriors appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Imperial Guard serves the rulers of the Shi'ar Empire, both by enforcing Shi'ar Imperial law on all planets within the Shi'ar Galaxy and as the Emperor or Empress' personal guard. Appearing primarily in comics relating to Marvel's X-Men titles, the Imperial Guard has been both allies and opponents of the X-Men many times over the years.

Gladiator (Kallark) fictional character from Marvel Comics

Gladiator is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He first appeared in X-Men #107 and was created by writer Chris Claremont and artist Dave Cockrum. Kallark like all Strontians, has the capacity for great strength and various superpowers, but can only use them when they are completely devoted to a purpose and his abilities increase and decrease in accordance with his level of confidence. He was born on Strontia, which is part of the Shi'ar Empire and he is the leader of their Imperial Guard. He was also a member of the Annihilators, Dark Guardians and Guardians of the Galaxy.

X-Men: The End is a 2004-2006 trilogy of miniseries published by Marvel Comics, detailing the last days of the X-Men and their adventures in an alternative future. The series, which was part of Marvel's The End line of books, was written by Chris Claremont and drawn by Sean Chen, with cover art by Greg Land and Gene Ha.

Lilandra Neramani

Lilandra Neramani is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, most commonly in association with the X-Men. She is the Empress, or Majestrix, of the Shi'ar Empire and shares a lifelong bond with the leader of the X-Men, Charles Xavier. She and Xavier were married, but their marriage was annulled after the Cassandra Nova incident.

Vulcan is a fictional supervillain and superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He first appeared in X-Men: Deadly Genesis #1. He is the third Summers brother to be revealed, the younger brother of X-Men characters Cyclops and Havok.

Hepzibah (comics)

Hepzibah is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She first appeared in X-Men #107 and was created by Dave Cockrum and Chris Claremont. She is a member of the intergalactic enforcers known as the Starjammers and currently a member of the Uncanny X-Men. The name of her species, Mephitisoid, is derived from the word Mephitidae, the scientific classification for skunks, which her species noticeably resembles.

Raza Longknife

Raza Longknife is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is usually seen in the X-Men series and various spin-offs. He is the last known surviving member of his unnamed alien race, and a member of the Starjammers.

Ch'od is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is usually seen in the X-Men series and various spin-offs.

Korvus, is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Korvus wields a weapon known as the Blade of the Phoenix and made his first appearance in Uncanny X-Men #478

<i>War of Kings</i>

"War of Kings" is a comic book crossover storyline written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning, published by Marvel Comics, and set in Marvel's main shared universe. The six issue limited series was published between March and August 2009.

<i>X-Men: Kingbreaker</i>

X-Men: Kingbreaker is a four-issue comic book mini-series starring the Starjammers and published by Marvel Comics. Taking place in Marvel's main shared universe, the Marvel Universe, the series was written by Christopher Yost, with pencils by Dustin Weaver. It was announced at the Fan Expo 2008. It began in December 2008 and ended in March 2009.
