Melbourne City Football Club (A-League Women) is an Australian professional women's association football club based in Cranbourne East, Melbourne. The club was formed in 2015 joining the W-League (now A-League Women), six years after the men's club was formed.
The list encompasses the records set by the club, their managers and their players. The player records section itemises the club's leading goalscorers and those who have made most appearances in first-team competitions. Attendance records at AAMI Park, and other relevant grounds are also included.
The club's record appearance maker is Rebekah Stott, who made 90 appearances between 2015 and the present day. Hannah Wilkinson is Melbourne City (A-League Women)'s record goalscorer, scoring 26 goals in total.

At the top of the Australian soccer league system, it is the country's primary soccer competition and is contested by 12 clubs. Melbourne City Women's Football Club, also known as the Melbourne City Women or simply as City, represents Melbourne City in the A-League Women, the top division soccer league in Australia. Founded in 2015, the club has its training and administration based at the City Football Academy in Melbourne and plays matches at Casey Fields in Casey and at AAMI Park in Melbourne. The current manager of the team is Dario Vidošić.
