The following is a list of Pepperdine Waves men's basketball head coaches. There have been 13 head coaches of the Waves in their 85-season history. [1]

Pepperdine's current head coach is Lorenzo Romar. He was hired for his second stint as the Waves' head coach in March 2018, [2] replacing Marty Wilson, who was fired following the 2017–18 season. [3]

Eric Bridgeland is a college basketball coach and the former head coach of the Whitman College Blues. Prior to that he was the interim head coach at Pepperdine University. He became the head coach of the Waves after Vance Walberg resigned due to personal reasons on January 17, 2008. He was previously an assistant coach at the school.

The Waves played their home games at the Firestone Fieldhouse and are members of the West Coast Conference. They finished the season 10–19, 4–12 in WCC play to finish in seventh place and lost in the second round of the West Coast Conference tournament to San Diego.

This was head coach Marty Wilson's fourth full season at Pepperdine and fifth including his time as interim head coach. The Waves played their home games at the Firestone Fieldhouse and were members of the West Coast Conference. They finished the season 18–14, 10–8 in WCC play to finish in fourth place. They advanced to the quarterfinals of the WCC tournament where they lost to Gonzaga. They were invited to the College Basketball Invitational where they lost in the first round to Seattle.

The Waves were led by seventh-year head coach Marty Wilson and played their home games at the Firestone Fieldhouse in Malibu, California as members of the West Coast Conference. They finished the season 6–26, 2–16 in WCC play to finish in last place. They defeated Santa Clara in the first round of the WCC tournament before losing in the quarterfinals to Saint Mary's.

Julie Rousseau was the head coach of the WNBA team Los Angeles Sparks from 1997 to 1998. Outside of the WNBA, Rousseau was a coach of multiple NCAA teams including the Stanford Cardinal and Pepperdine Waves. She also was an assistant coach for the gold winning United States women's national basketball team during the 2009 Summer Universiade.

They played their home games at the Firestone Fieldhouse in Malibu, California as members of the West Coast Conference. They finished the season 16–18, 8–10 in WCC play to finish in eighth place. They defeated Pacific, Loyola Marymount, and San Francisco to advance to the semifinals of the WCC tournament were they were defeated by Gonzaga.

They played their home games at the Firestone Fieldhouse in Malibu, California as members of the West Coast Conference. They finished the season 15-12, 7-6 to finish in 4th place. They defeated Santa Clara in the quarterfinals of the WCC tournament before losing in the semifinals to BYU. They received an invitation to the CBI where they defeated Longwood, Bellarmine, and Coastal Carolina to become CBI Champions.
