Jorge Fernando Branco de Sampaio was a Portuguese lawyer and politician who was the 18th President of Portugal from 1996 to 2006. A member of the Socialist Party, a party which he led between 1989 and 1992, he was the mayor of Lisbon from 1990 to 1995 and High-Representative for the Alliance of Civilizations between 2007 and 2013.
The Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão is a Brazilian television network founded on August 19, 1981, by the businessman and television personality Silvio Santos. The company was established after a public tender by the Brazilian Federal Government to form two new networks, created from revoked concessions of the defunct Tupi and Excelsior networks. SBT was funded in the same day that the concession agreement was signed, and that the act was broadcast live by the network, so that this was his first program aired. Before acquiring the concessions of the four station that were to form the SBT, Grupo Silvio Santos had since 1976 the concession of Rio de Janeiro's channel 11, known as TVS Rio de Janeiro, which was a fundamental step to give life to SBT.

Skank is a Brazilian band from Belo Horizonte. Having begun in 1991, they sold approximately 5,200,000 copies of their albums as of 2004. Initially intending to mix dancehall with traditional Brazilian styles, later the band changed its sonority to music closer to Britpop and local movement Clube da Esquina.
Paulo Pires is a Portuguese television and film actor and former stage actor and fashion model, known for his work in Portuguese and Spanish television and films. He was named Portuguese Theatre Personality of the Year in the 1996 Portuguese Golden Globes. In October 2008 The Biography Channel aired a documentary covering 20 years of his life and work in entertainment.
Sporting Clube da Covilhã, commonly known as just Sporting da Covilhã, is Portuguese football club from the city of Covilhã that plays in the second-tier Liga Portugal 2. The club was founded in 1923. Their nickname is the Leões da Serra, meaning "Lions of the Mountain Range," due to Covilhã's location in the Serra de Estrela, the highest mountains in Portugal.
Clube de Desportos da Costa do Sol, commonly known as Costa do Sol, is a Mozambican sports club based in Maputo. It is best known for the professional football team playing in Moçambola, the top division in Mozambican football.

Afonso Dias is a Portuguese singer, musician, poet and actor. He was deputy of the Constitution Assembly of 1975/76 under the Popular Democratic Union (Portugal). In music, he was one of the founders of Grupo de Acção Cultural. He was elected in numerous presentation inside and outside Portugal, though he recorded different discs in the studio. Throughout his career, he took part in artistic shows with José Afonso, Sérgio Godinho, Francisco Fanhais, Manuel Freire, Pedro Barroso, Tino Flores, José Fanha and others, he had edited several solo studio albums. In theater, in the 1960s and the 1970s, he attended theatrical plays with Costa Ferreira, Carmen Dolores and Rogério Paulo. He was the founded of Trupe Barlaventina - Jograis do Algarve in 1999, and performed numerous shows and made studio recordings. He worked as a director-actor and actor, since 2003 with the A Companhia de Teagro de Algarve. He was member of the Associação Música XXI which had been recording several CD collections in Selecta.
