The following is a list of Radford Highlanders men's basketball seasons. Representing Radford University in Radford, Virginia, the Highlanders compete in the Big South Conference of the NCAA Division I and are currently led by head coach Darris Nichols. They play their home games out of the 3,000-seat Dedmon Center, their home since 1981. Radford has won six Big South regular season championships, three Big South tournament championships, and has appeared in three NCAA tournaments, the most recent of which was in 2018. They also have appeared in three College Basketball Invitational (CBI) tournaments, advancing as far as the semifinal round in 2023.

The Radford Highlanders men's basketball represents Radford University in NCAA Division I intercollegiate men's basketball competition. A member of the Big South Conference, their current head coach is Darris Nichols. The Highlanders play at the Dedmon Center, which has a capacity of 3,000. The Highlanders have appeared three times in the NCAA Tournament, most recently in 2018.
Artsiom Parakhouski is a Belarusian professional basketball player for Śląsk Wrocław of the PLK. Standing at 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m), he plays at the center position.

The Highlanders, led by fourth year head coach Mike Jones, played their home games at the Dedmon Center and were members of the Big South Conference. They finished the season 22–12, 12–6 in Big South play to finish in a three way tie for third place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the Big South tournament to Winthrop. They were invited to the College Basketball Invitational where they Delaware State in the first round before losing in the quarterfinals to Vermont.

The Highlanders, led by sixth year head coach Mike Jones, played their home games at the Dedmon Center in Radford, Virginia as members of the Big South Conference. They finished the season 14–18, 8–10 in Big South play to finish in a sixth place. They received the No. 6 seed in the Big South tournament where they defeated Liberty in the quarterfinals to advance to the semifinals where they lost to Campbell.
The High Point Panthers women's volleyball team is an NCAA Division I volleyball team representing High Point University as part of the Big South Conference. They play their home games at Millis Athletic Convocation Center in High Point, North Carolina.
The 2017–18 Radford Highlanders men's basketball team represented Radford University during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Highlanders, led by seventh-year head coach Mike Jones, played their home games at the Dedmon Center in Radford, Virginia as members of the Big South Conference. They finished the season 23–13, 12–6 in Big South play to finish in a tie for second place. They defeated Longwood, Winthrop, and Liberty to become champions of the Big South tournament. The received the Big South's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament where they defeated LIU Brooklyn in the First Four before losing in the first round to the eventual national champion Villanova.
The 2018 Big South men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament that ended the 2017–18 season of the Big South Conference. It was held from February 27 through March 4, 2018 at various campus sites. No. 2 seed Radford defeated No. 5 seed Liberty in the championship game to win the tournament and receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.

The 2018–19 Radford Highlanders women's basketball team represented Radford University during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Highlanders were led by sixth-year head coach Mike McGuire. They finished the season 26–7, 17–1 in Big South play, win the Big South regular season title. Radford won the conference tournament championship game over the Campbell Lady Camels, 57–45 to earn an automatic bid of the NCAA women's tournament where they lost to Maryland in the first round.
The 2018 Big South Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Big South Conference held from October 27 through November 4, 2018. The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while the semifinals and final took place at Sportsplex at Matthews in Matthews, North Carolina. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The High Point Panthers were the defending champions, but they were eliminated from the 2018 tournament with a 2–0 quarterfinal loss to the Radford Highlanders. The Radford Highlanders won the tournament with a 1–0 win over Gardner–Webb in the final. The conference tournament title was the sixth for the Radford women's soccer program and the sixth for head coach Ben Sohrabi.
The 2019 Big South men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament that ended the 2018–19 season of the Big South Conference. It was held from March 5 through March 10, 2019 at various campus sites. Gardner–Webb defeated Radford 76–65 in the championship game to win the tournament, and received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. It was the first title for Gardner–Webb after 11 years in the Big South, and their first trip to the NCAA Tournament in school history.
The 2019–20 Radford Highlanders men's basketball team represented Radford University in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Highlanders, led by ninth-year head coach Mike Jones, played their home games at the Dedmon Center in Radford, Virginia, as members of the Big South Conference. They finished the season 21–11, 15–3 in Big South play to win a share of the regular season championship. They defeated Charleston Southern in quarterfinals of the Big South tournament before losing in the semifinals to Hampton. As a regular season conference champion, and No. 1 seed in their conference tournament, who failed to win their conference tournament, they received an automatic bid to the NIT. However, the NIT, and all other postseason tournaments, were cancelled amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Carlik Anthony Jones is an American-born naturalized South Sudanese professional basketball player for Partizan Belgrade of the Basketball League of Serbia (KLS), the Adriatic League and the EuroLeague. He played college basketball for the Radford Highlanders and the Louisville Cardinals.
