Ingwenyama Mayitjha IIi, born Nyumbabo Cornelius Mahlangu, was the king of the Southern Ndebele Ndzundza nation in Mpumalanga, South Africa. He succeeded his father, Ingwenyama Mabusabesala II, and his reign lasted from 1992 until his death in 2005.
The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the African National Congress (ANC) is the political party's highest decision-making body in between its party conferences. iKwekwezi FM is a South African national radio station based in Johannesburg in the Gauteng province broadcasting in the Southern Ndebele language.The most popular presenter is the current station manager Philip ThizaThiza Mahlangu and Mbuzana Nyathi, one of the powerful sports commentator and anchor of this station is Lucky Professor Mahlangu. The station was advocated by the late Pinky Mabona and Nofanezile Matjhiyana.
The African National Congress retained majorities in the National Assembly of South Africa & National Council of Provinces as well as in all provincial legislatures with the exception of the Western Cape. Members are elected using party-list proportional representation.

Leonah Lindiwe Ntshalintshali is a South African politician who has been Deputy Minister of Correctional Services and a member of the National Assembly of South Africa since July 2024, representing the African National Congress. She was previously Mpumalanga's Member of the Executive Council for Arts, Sports, Culture and Recreation from 2019 to 2021 before serving as the MEC for Social Development from 2021 until 2024. Ntshalintshali was Mayor of Witbank's Emalahleni Local Municipality from 2015 to 2018.
Violet Sizani Siwela was a South African politician from Mpumalanga. She was a Member of the National Assembly, where she chaired the Portfolio Committee on Small Business Development, and a member of the National Executive Committee of the African National Congress (ANC). She served in the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature until May 2019.
The Executive Council of Mpumalanga is the cabinet of the executive branch of the provincial government in the South African province of Mpumalanga. The Members of the Executive Council (MECs) are appointed from among the members of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature by the Premier of Mpumalanga, an office held since June 2024 by Mandla Ndlovu.
Norah Mahlangu-Mabena is a South African politician who is currently representing the African National Congress (ANC) as a Member of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature. She previously served in the Executive Council of Mpumalanga as Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Culture, Sport and Recreation from 2014 to 2018 and MEC for Human Settlements from 2018 to 2021.
Makhosazane Christine Masilela is a South African politician who has represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature since 2019. She was appointed Speaker of the Provincial Legislature in March 2021. Masilela was appoinrted Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Economic Development and Tourism in June 2024.
Sibusiso Innocent Malaza is a South African politician who served as Mpumalanga's Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Education between March 2018 and May 2019. He represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature from 2014 until 2019, when he failed to gain re-election.
Moses Siphosezwe Amos Masango is a South African politician who represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the National Assembly from 2014 to 2019, during which time he chaired the Portfolio Committee on International Relations and Cooperation. Before that, he served in the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature and also sat on the Mpumalanga Executive Council.
Prince Senzangakhona James Mahlangu was a South African politician and Ndebele prince of the Ndzundza royal family. He served as the last Chief Minister of the KwaNdebele bantustan between May 1990 and April 1994 and founded the bantustan's Intando Yesizwe party in 1990. Currently there is a school in Mogononong named after him Prince S.J Combined School
Michael "Ngrayi" Ngwenya is a South African politician from Mpumalanga. He was Regional Chairperson of the African National Congress (ANC) in Ehlanzeni, Mpumalanga from 2011 to 2019, in which capacity he was an influential ally of Premiers David Mabuza and Refilwe Mtsweni-Tsipane. In July 2021, he was suspended from the party for five years because of his role in organising a political rally in support of former President Jacob Zuma. Nicknamed 'Lomdzala', Ngwenya joined the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) in June 2023. Immediately after Joining EFF, the ANC offices in Drikoppies, Mpumalanga rebranded from the traditional ANC colours to EFF colours and logo.He has successfully established EFF at Nkomzazi by influencing longtime ANC supporters.
