This is a season-by-season list of records compiled by the University of Massachusetts Amherst men's ice hockey team.
UMass has reached the Frozen Four twice in school history, both times advancing to the NCAA Championship game. In 2019 they were the runners up to the Minnesota–Duluth Bulldogs and then won the championship over the St. Cloud State Huskies in 2021.

The 1975–76 SM-liiga season was the inaugural season for the new top level series of ice hockey in Finland, SM-liiga., which replaced the SM-sarja (1928–1975) The season featured 10 teams who played 36 game regular season followed by playoffs for top 4 teams. Points were given as follows: 2 from win, 1 point from tie and 0 points from loss
The 1935–36 Detroit Red Wings season was the tenth season for the Detroit franchise in the National Hockey League (NHL) and the fourth operating as the Red Wings. Under head coach Jack Adams, the Red Wings compiled a 24–16–8 record, finished first in the American Division, and won the Stanley Cup championship. The Wings scored 124 goals, second most in the NHL, and gave up 103 goals by opponents. The team played its home games at Olympia Stadium in Detroit.
The 2007–08 GET-ligaen season began on 13 September 2007 and was scheduled to end 21 February 2008. The Storhamar Dragons won the championships for the sixth time. The win also marked the fourth championship in as many leap years for the Dragons.
The UMass Minutemen Ice Hockey team is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I men's college ice hockey program that represents the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The Minutemen are a member of Hockey East. They play at the 8,387-seat William D. Mullins Memorial Center in Amherst, Massachusetts.
The 1994–95 Eliteserien season ended with Storhamar claiming their first Norwegian title after defeating Stjernen 3–0 in the finals.
The 2020–21 Hockey East men's season was the 37th season of play for Hockey East and took place during the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey season. The start of the regular season was delayed until on November 20, 2020 and conclude on April 10, 2021. Massachusetts won its first national championship.
