The Institute of Business Administration of the University of Dhaka, commonly known as IBA, is a business school located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Imran Rahman is an academician and the current vice-chancellor of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). He was a special adviser to ULAB's board of trustees. He began his career at the ULAB as the director of the School of Business in 2006 and later became the vice-chancellor during 2012–2016.
