The following is a list of high school athletic conferences in Wisconsin . All of the following are overseen by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA). The listed district for each conference is designated by WIAA, who divided the state into seven portions: District 1 is Northwest, District 2 is Northeast, District 3 is West Central, District 4 is East Central, District 5 is Southwest, District 6 is South Central, and District 7 is Southeast. Aquinas High School is a Roman Catholic high school located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The school is part of La Crosse Aquinas Catholic Schools and is operated by the Diocese of La Crosse.
The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) is the regulatory body for all high school sports in Wisconsin. Its history dates to 1895, making it the earliest continually existing high school athletic organization in the country. It also provides the licensing program for more than 10,000 officials in the state, and oversees junior high or middle school athletics in about 100 of the state's nearly 400 school districts. Among its duties are the administration of state tournament series in its various sports, overseeing eligibility and conference alignment, and promoting sportsmanship.
Kettle Moraine High School (KMHS) is a secondary school located in Wales, Wisconsin. It is a part of the Kettle Moraine School District.
Grafton High School is a secondary school in Grafton, Wisconsin. It is part of the Grafton School District. The only public high school in Grafton, it has a student enrollment of around 700.
The Bay Conference is a high school athletics conference made up of eight teams in northeastern Wisconsin, centering primarily around the Green Bay and Fox Valley metropolitan areas. Conference schools are members of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association.
Ice hockey is a popular sport in the state of Wisconsin. Ninety high schools field sanctioned varsity teams competing in the Wisconsin Hockey Prep (WiHP) leagues of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA). Eight "club" non-sanctioned Wisconsin High School Hockey teams compete in the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association.
Burlington High School is a public high school in Burlington, Wisconsin. It is administered by the Burlington Area School District. The school's mascot is the Demon and its colors are orange and black. Its fight song borrows the melody of the traditional Navy song Anchor's Aweigh.

St. Mary Catholic High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Fox Crossing, Wisconsin, near Neenah. It operates within the Diocese of Green Bay. It is the only high school in the St. Mary Catholic Schools system, which also operates three elementary schools and one middle school.
