The Packerland Conference is an athletic conference of high schools located in northeast Wisconsin. These schools are located chiefly within Door and Kewaunee counties, which are between Green Bay and Lake Michigan. All members are also affiliated with the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA). Sports sponsored by the conference are baseball, basketball, cross-country running, football, golf, soccer, softball, track and field, volleyball and wrestling.

For football the Packerland and Olympian conferences once combined forming a small and large division. During the 2011 football season changes were made as Brillion and Manitowoc Roncalli joined the Large Division. The Large Division has ten teams and the small has seven. This arrangement ended in 2015 when the Olympian ceased to exist.

Among its duties are the administration of state tournament series in its various sports, overseeing eligibility and conference alignment, and promoting sportsmanship.
Roncalli High School is a private, Catholic high school located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, United States. It is owned by the Diocese of Green Bay. Founded in 1965 by the De La Salle Christian Brothers, Roncalli High School is named for Pope John XXIII. It offers a college-prep curriculum. In 2022, the school merged with the Catholic elementary and middle schools, becoming known as Roncalli Catholic Schools.

State Trunk Highway 42 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It runs for 135 miles (217 km) north–south in northeast Wisconsin from Sheboygan to the ferry dock in Northport. Much of the highway is part of the Lake Michigan Circle Tour from the eastern junction with U.S. Highway 10 (US 10) in Manitowoc to its junction with WIS 57 in Sister Bay. WIS 42 parallels I-43 from Sheboygan to Manitowoc, and parallels WIS 57 throughout much of the route, particularly from Manitowoc to Sturgeon Bay, meeting the northern terminus of WIS 57 in Sister Bay.

Located in northeast Wisconsin, the district comprises all of Door and Kewaunee counties, as well as nearly all of Calumet County, much of northern and western Manitowoc County and eastern and southern Brown County, along with parts of southwest Outagamie County. It includes the cities of Sturgeon Bay and Chilton and parts of the cities of Appleton, Menasha and Green Bay.

The Conference was formed for the 2015-2016 school year former Olympian Members Hilbert, Manitowoc Lutheran, Mishicot,Reedsville & Saint Mary Catholic joined up with the Central Lakeshore Conference.
