Raghuraj Pratap Singh,, commonly known as Raja Bhaiya, is an Indian politician, currently serving as a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) in the 18th Uttar Pradesh Assembly, representing the Kunda assembly constituency of Pratapgarh. He has been elected as an MLA for the seventh consecutive time since 1993 from the same constituency. In 2018, he founded and became the national president of Jansatta Dal Loktantrik party. Singh has held various Cabinet Minister positions in the Government of Uttar Pradesh of both Samajwadi Party and Bharatiya Janata Party administrations.

Amar Singh Chaudhary is an Indian politician and member of Azad Samaj Party from Siddharth Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. He is a former member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly who represented the Shohratgarh constituency of Uttar Pradesh from 2017 to 2022 and was a member of the Apna Dal (Sonelal). He left Apna Dal (Sonelal) in 2022 complaining that he felt suffocated by the Bharatiya Janata Party as they were tampering with the rights of Dalits and OBCs and he could do nothing about it while being in Apna Dal (Sonelal), a subordinate partner in NDA.

Doodhnath Singh was an Indian Hindi language writer, critic and poet. Born in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh, Singh studied Hindi at the University of Allahabad and served as a Professor there until 1994. In 2014, the government of Uttar Pradesh honoured him with Bharat Bharti Samman, the biggest literary award of Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Nawaz Deobandi</span> Indian poet

Mohammad Nawaz Khan is an Indian Urdu language poet. He is also a Ghazal writer some of them are sung by famous Ghazal singer Jagjit Singh. He wrote the lyrics for the Ghazal album Amaanat released by singer Sachin Sharma in 2008.
