South Korea Republic in East Asia

South Korea, officially the Republic of Korea (ROK), is a country in East Asia, constituting the southern part of the Korean Peninsula and lying to the east of the Asian mainland. The name Korea is derived from Goguryeo which was one of the great powers in East Asia during its time, ruling most of the Korean Peninsula, Manchuria, parts of the Russian Far East and Inner Mongolia, under Gwanggaeto the Great. South Korea lies in the north temperate zone and has a predominantly mountainous terrain. It comprises an estimated 51.4 million residents distributed over 100,363 km2 (38,750 sq mi). Its capital and largest city is Seoul, with a population of around 10 million.

Yeo Jin-goo South Korean actor

Yeo Jin-goo is a South Korean actor. Yeo began his career as child actor, debuting in the film Sad Movie (2005). Nicknamed "Nation's Little Brother", he went on to play the younger version of the lead roles in movies and television dramas such as A Frozen Flower (2008), Giant (2010), Moon Embracing the Sun (2012), and Missing You (2012). He is known for playing the title character in action thriller Hwayi: A Monster Boy (2013), for which he won Best New Actor at the Blue Dragon Film Awards.

iHQ Inc., doing business as SidusHQ is one of the leading talent management agencies in South Korea. It was founded in January 2001 by Teddy Hoon-tak Jung. The company is involved in talent management, and TV drama/music production.

Go Kyung-pyo South Korean actor

Go Kyung-pyo is a South Korean actor and comedian. He gained recognition for his role in the television series Reply 1988 (2015–16) and has since starred in Don't Dare to Dream (2016) and Chicago Typewriter (2017). Go starred in his first leading role in KBS2's Strongest Deliveryman in August 2017.

Kim Sung-ryung South Korean actress

Kim Sung-ryung is a South Korean actress. After winning the Miss Korea beauty pageant in 1988, Kim began her career as a reporter on KBS's showbiz news program Entertainment Weekly. In 1991, she made a memorable film acting debut in Kang Woo-suk's Who Saw the Dragon's Claws?, though she became more active in television in the next decade. She returned to the big screen in 2007, with notable supporting roles in Shadows in the Palace, and Rainbow Eyes, followed by The Client (2011), Mr. XXX-Kisser (2012), The Fatal Encounter (2014), and The Target (2014). As she entered her forties, Kim also became known for the television dramas You're Beautiful (2009), The Chaser (2012), Yawang (2013), The Heirs (2013), and Flower of Queen (2015).

Son Ho-jun Korean actor and singer

Son Ho-jun is a South Korean singer and actor. Prior to his acting debut, Son made his entertainment debut in 2007 as the leader of Tachyon, a three-member boyband, which first performed on the show A-Live on Channel V Korea. The first pop group launched by J&H Media, Tachyon released the debut single Feel Your Breeze, then disbanded shortly after. Son turned to acting, and rose to stardom for playing the character Haitai in campus drama Reply 1994. He also gained popularity for appearing in reality shows, notably Youth Over Flowers and Three Meals a Day: Fishing Village. In July 2016, Son signed with YG Entertainment. In 2017, he starred in the hit romance drama Confession Couple.

Three Meals a Day is a South Korean reality cooking show. It aired on Friday nights on tvN starting October 17, 2014.

The Genius is a South Korean reality game show that was broadcast on cable channel tvN. The first season began airing on April 26, 2013, the show proved to be a hit for tvN and subsequently, three other seasons were aired in 2014 and 2015.

Na Young-seok South Korean television producer and director

Na Young-seok is a South Korean television producer and director. Na is best known for producing the popular variety-reality shows 1 Night 2 Days, Grandpas Over Flowers, Three Meals a Day and their spin-offs.

Jung Hae-in South Korean actor

Jung Hae-in is a South Korean actor. He first made an appearance in Korean girl group AOA Black's music video for "Moya" in 2013 and officially debuted through the TV series Bride of the Century the next year. He gained increased recognition for his supporting roles in 2017 television series While You Were Sleeping and Prison Playbook. Jung had his first starring role in the 2018 drama Something in the Rain.

Kim Dong-young is a South Korean actor. He starred in films such as The Last Ride (2016) and The Age of Shadows (2016), also television drama Drinking Solo (2016).

Ugly Miss Young-ae is a long-running South Korean television series starring Kim Hyun-sook. The series premiered on tvN in South Korea on April 20, 2007.

<i>Lets Eat 3</i> South Korean television series

Let's Eat 3 is a 2018 South Korean television series starring Yoon Doo-joon and Baek Jin-hee. This is the third season of 2013 Let's Eat series, with Yoon Doo-joon reprising his role as Goo Dae-young in both the first and second season. It airs on tvN starting July 16, 2018.
