SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (SMPH) is a Filipino integrated property developer and a public subsidiary of SM Investments Corporation. It was incorporated on January 6, 1994, to develop, conduct, operate and maintain the SM commercial shopping centers and all businesses related thereto, such as the lease of commercial spaces within the compound of shopping centers. It went public on July 5, 1994, and subsequently grew to become the largest company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange in terms of revenue. The company's main sources of revenues primarily include rental income from mall and food courts, as well as from cinema ticket sales and amusement income.

Greenbelt is a shopping mall located at Ayala Center, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines, near Glorietta. It is owned by Ayala Malls, a real-estate subsidiary of Ayala Land, which is an affiliate of Ayala Corporation. It opened in 1988 and is one of the Ayala Corporation's flagship projects. The mall offers a mix of high-end retail shops, restaurants, amenities, leisure and entertainment. Currently, the mall has five sections: two enclosed areas, two buildings with open-air shopping areas, and Greenbelt 5, which was opened in 2007.
SM City Baliwag is a shopping mall in the Philippines owned, developed and operated by SM Prime Holdings. It is the second SM Supermalls in Bulacan province after SM City Marilao, the 3rd and last SM Mall among the company's expansion in 2008 and the 33rd SM Mall in the list. It is located at McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig in Metro Manila, Philippines. Groundbreaking was conducted in August 2002 and it was opened on September 16, 2004. The mall is aimed at the middle market unlike other Ayala malls which caters to the upper socioeconomic class.

Harrison Plaza (HP) was a shopping mall situated along Harrison Avenue corner Pablo Ocampo Street in the district of Malate in Manila, Philippines. Opened in 1976 and closed in 2019, it was the first modern and major shopping mall located in the area. The shopping mall building has been demolished to give way for a redevelopment of the site into residential building complex with a shopping center by SM Prime Holdings.
SM Lanang Premier, also known locally as SM Lanang, is an indoor four-story shopping mall in Lanang, Davao City, Philippines along Jose P. Laurel Avenue and within S.P Dakudao loop. It is the first SM Supermall to be called "Premier". The mall is owned by Henry Sy, Sr. and managed by SM Prime Holdings. Construction of the mall started in 2011 and opened to the public on September 28, 2012, on the site of the former Lanang Golf and Country Club.

Capitol Commons is a mixed-use development in Oranbo, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the former Rizal Provincial Capitol complex located in the village of Oranbo adjacent to the Ortigas Center financial district. The 10-hectare (25-acre) site being developed by Ortigas & Company Limited Partnership, the same developer behind Ortigas Center, features Pasig's first high-end shopping center called Estancia at Capitol Commons. Seda is a Philippine brand of hotels owned and operated by Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts, a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. The first hotel under the Seda brand began operations in 2012 with the opening of Seda BGC at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The hotel chain has 11 branches as of 2020, all located in the Philippines.
