The Vice Governor of Isabela (Filipino : Pangalawang Punong Lalawigan ng Isabela) is the presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the legislature of the provincial government of Isabela, Philippines. [2]
The current vice governor is Faustino Dy III. He previously served as Governor of Isabela from 2010 to 2019 and was a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines representing Isabela's Third District from 2001 to 2010.
The passage of Republic Act No. 2264 (Local Autonomy Act) on June 19, 1959, created the elective office of vice-governor. Isabela's first vice governor was Rodolfo B. Albano, Jr. [3]

Isabela, officially the Province of Isabela, is the second largest province in the Philippines in land area located in the Cagayan Valley region. Its capital and the largest local government unit is the city of Ilagan. It is bordered by the provinces of Cagayan to the north, Kalinga to the northwest, Mountain Province to the central-west, Ifugao and Nueva Vizcaya to the southwest, Quirino and Aurora to the south, and the Philippine Sea to the east.
Ilagan, officially the City of Ilagan, is a 1st class component city and capital of the province of Isabela, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 158,218 people making it the most populous city in the province. As of 2022, it holds the title as the most number of voters in the province with 101,050 electorates. Ilagan was a first class municipality before it became a city.
Cabagan, officially the Municipality of Cabagan, is a 1st class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 53,897 people.
Delfin Albano, officially the Municipality of Delfin Albano, is a 4th class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 29,928 people.
Mallig, officially the Municipality of Mallig, is a landlocked 4th class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. The municipality has a land area of 133.40 square kilometers or 51.51 square miles which constitutes 1.07% of Isabela's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 32,208.

Dy, Sr. Memorial Hospital (GFNDSMH) is a government-operated hospital located at Calamagui 2nd, Ilagan, Isabela, created by virtue of an act of the Philippine National Assembly in 1939. It is a 100 to 200-bed capacity secondary hospital operated by the provincial government of Isabela.

Faustino Ng Dy Sr. was a Filipino politician served as mayor of Cauayan, Isabela from 1964 to 1971 and governor of Isabela from 1971 until 1986 and from 1988 to 1992. The longest serving governor of the province, ruling for 18 years, he was also the patriarch of the Dy political dynasty.
