In a year-end feature published in tha year 2006, Ynet included Listen2myradio in its list of favorite websites of the year and described it as a community radio server that allowed users to set up a private radio station for up to 500 listeners without charge. [3] In 2020, a DW Akademie guide on community media described Listen2myradio as one of the oldest freemium radio-streaming services on the market. [4]
