Kevin Matthew Gilbert was an American singer, songwriter, musician, composer and producer. He was best known for his solo progressive rock projects, Toy Matinee and his contributions to Tuesday Night Music Club (1993), the debut studio album by Sheryl Crow.
Nicholas D'Virgilio, often abbreviated and referred to as NDV, is an American drummer, singer and guitarist, best known as a member of the progressive rock band Spock's Beard. He was also one of two drummers chosen to replace Phil Collins in Genesis on the Calling All Stations album. He has also done session work with many artists including Tears for Fears and Mystery, and is an official member of Big Big Train.

The Material is an American rock band from San Diego, California. Colleen D'Agostino (vocals) moved to San Diego to pursue a music degree at San Diego State University. In her third year, she began playing with Jon Moreaux (guitar) and Noah Vowles (drums). The three added bassist Kevin Falk, formerly of Every Time I Die and Between the Buried and Me, and started writing songs for their first demo. Kevin was replaced by Brian Miller (bass), and Roi Elam (guitar) joined shortly after. With the permanent line up, The Material went into the studio to record their 6-song debut EP Tomorrow, which was co-produced by Brian Grider and was released on September 1, 2007. They placed in the top three of the Dew Circuit Breakout of 2007, losing to Seattle band The Myriad.

It is notable for featuring the number 2 smash hit, "Soldier of Love", which Randall Popken, Alice Newsome and Lanell Gonzales called "a faintly suggestive tune set to a post-disco beat." It was released as a tune by a "mystery singer", as Osmond's promoter feared that no one would buy the album if the singer was revealed.

This box set contains the remastered edition of Angels Fall First, the regular editions of the other six Nightwish studio albums and the special edition of Over the Hills and Far Away. The first two nights saw the band performing live in its entirety their 1969 studio album Tommy along with a few classics, with the rest of the tour featuring an extended Tommy set as a centerpiece to an otherwise greatest hits show.
