Lode Parish (Latvian : Lodes pagasts) is an administrative unit of Valmiera Municipality in the Vidzeme region of Latvia.
Rūjiena is a town in Valmiera Municipality, in the Vidzeme region of Latvia. As of 2017 its population was 3,007.
