Production

In December 2023, it was announced that Duhamel, Gillen, Taylor and Hoffman were cast in the film and that production was underway in South Africa. [1] Filming occurred in Cape Town. [2]

In January 2024, it was announced that Signature Entertainment acquired distribution rights to the film in the United Kingdom and Ireland. [3]

Old Guy is an upcoming American action comedy film directed by Simon West, written by Greg Johnson, produced by Highland Film Group and Dark Castle Entertainment, and starring Christoph Waltz, Lucy Liu, Cooper Hoffman, and Desmond Eastwood. It is set for release on September 30, 2024.
