London Pride is the flagship beer of Fuller's Brewery. It is sold both cask-conditioned and bottled. It has been brewed at the Griffin Brewery since 1958.
London Pride takes its name from a common name for the Saxifraga × urbium flower, in use by the 19th century. [2] The flower provided shoots of recovery on the bombed sites left by the London Blitz of the early 1940s, and as such held symbolism for Londoners, celebrated in "London Pride", a patriotic song written in 1941 by Noël Coward. London Pride was named Champion Beer of Britain in the Best Bitter Class at the CAMRA awards in 1979 and 1995. [3] It was named Supreme Champion at the 2000 International Beer and Cider competition. [4]
London Pride is known for its balance of malt and hops, giving rise to a well-rounded flavour. It is brewed with Pale malt, plus Target, Challenger and Northdown hops. In the UK, draught London Pride is brewed to 4.1% ABV (cask and keg), while in bottles and cans it has a strength of 4.7% ABV. Internationally, a keg version is often available at 4.7% ABV.[ citation needed ]
In February 2017, Fuller's launched London Pride Unfiltered - an unfiltered variant - which is brewed using the original recipe, then dry hopped with Target hops and centrifuged but not filtered or pasteurised. [5]
The London Pride brand has been promoted with the slogan "Made of London". [6] The brand has a social media presence across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, with social-first campaigns such as "Tweet At 12", [7] "Empty Pint" [8] and "Drop Of Pride". London Pride sponsors initiatives and events including an annual 10 kilometre walk in aid of Cancer Research UK. Since 2007, it has been the official beer of the London Marathon. [9] In 2018, Fullers London Pride became the official beer of Pride in London. [10]
London Pride partnered with the weatherman Michael Fish to offer Twitter followers a free pint each time it rained in London in February 2017. The campaign was called "#Whenitrainsitpours". [11]

Old Speckled Hen is a bitter beer made by the Morland Brewery, now owned by Greene King Brewery. Old Speckled Hen was first brewed in 1979 in Abingdon-on-Thames, Oxfordshire in England, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the MG car factory there on 30 November 1979. Since 2000, when Greene King bought Morland and closed down the Abingdon brewery, it has been made in Greene King's Bury St Edmunds brewery. It is available in more than twenty different countries in bottles, cans and on tap from cask and keg. The brand has been expanded to include Old Crafty Hen, a 6.5% ABV ale, Hens Tooth, a 6.5% ABV ale, Old Golden Hen, a golden coloured 4.1% beer, and Old Hoppy Hen, a 4.2% ABV pale ale.
McMullen's, known locally as Mac's, is a regional brewery founded in 1827 in Hertford, England, the United Kingdom. The brewery expanded during the second half of the 19th century by purchasing other breweries and their associated pubs. In 1902 it was the second largest brewery in Hertfordshire. The brewery has occupied several different sites in Hertford and moved to its current location in 1891. There have been several breweries on this site and the current one opened in 2006. As of 2021, members of the 6th generation of the McMullen family are still involved with the business.

Stones Bitter was first brewed in 1948 by William Stones Ltd at the Cannon Brewery in Sheffield. Marble Brewery is a brewery in Albuquerque, New Mexico, founded in 2008. Its main brewhouse is located in downtown Albuquerque on Marble Avenue, which gave the brewery its name. The 30 barrel brewhouse is responsible for brewing all classic and seasonal styles, including Marble's most popular brew, Double White. As of 2018, it was the second largest brewery in New Mexico with an annual production volume of 23,000 US barrels. In 2016, the brewery completed a major expansion which increased the production capacity to 30,000 barrels. Its beers have won several awards and it was named Small Brewery and Brewmaster of the Year at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival.
