Los Galos was formed by former members of a student band, Los Douglas, formed in 1963. Their distinctive sound, derived from a fusion of the American, British and Latin American pop music of their time, first acquired nationwide notoriety in Chile and Argentina with the release of their album and their first hit: “Como deseo ser tu amor” in 1970. A string of hit recordings followed including, ¿Qué esperas de mí?, Un Minuto De Tu Amor, and Perdona Si Me Ves Llorar which established them alongside Los Ángeles Negros as one of the most popular music groups of the 1970s - in Chile, Argentina, and other Latin American countries. Their first lead vocalist, Lucho Muñoz, left the band in 1974 and was replaced by Humberto Salse (Vadim). [1]
Early in their career, group members were involved in a serious road accident while on tour, which leads to some member leaving the band and rumours that members of the group had died.

His appreciation for Mexican music led him to record with mariachis, and from there, he went to international fame. His music was well received by the Mexican public since his voice was a good match to the traditional mariachi sound.
María del Socorro Tellado López, known as Corín Tellado, was a prolific Spanish writer of romantic novels and photonovels that were best-sellers in several Spanish-language countries. She published more than 4,000 titles and sold more than 400 million books which have been translated into several languages. She was listed in the 1994 Guinness World Records as having sold the most books written in Spanish, and earlier in 1962 UNESCO declared her the most read Spanish writer after Miguel de Cervantes.
Roberto Sánchez-Ocampo, better known by his stage names Sandro or Sandro de América, was an Argentine singer and actor. He is considered a pioneer of Argentine rock for being one of the first rock artists to sing in Spanish in Latin America. He edited 52 official records and sold eight million copies although other sources state that he sold over 10 million. Some of his most successful songs are "Dame fuego", "Rosa, Rosa", "Quiero llenarme de ti", "Penumbras", "Porque yo te amo", "Así", "Mi amigo el Puma", "Tengo", "Trigal", and "Una muchacha y una guitarra". The single "Rosa, Rosa" sold two million copies, being his most recognizable and famous song. Another of his hits, "Tengo" was given 15th place among the 100 best Argentine rock songs by both MTV and Rolling Stone magazine. In Latin America he was often compared to Elvis Presley at the height of his popularity.
Soy Como Quiero Ser is the fifth studio album by Mexican singer Luis Miguel, released on July 15, 1987, by WEA Latina. It was his first release with WEA. The album was subtitled Luis Miguel '87: Soy Como Quiero Ser. Singers Laura Branigan and Rocío Banquells appear on two of the album's tracks as backing vocals. The majority of the songs included are Spanish-language adaptations of popular songs from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.

Cómplices (transl. Accomplices) is the 18th studio album by Mexican singer Luis Miguel, released on 2 May 2008 by Warner Music Latina. The record is a collaboration with Spanish musician Manuel Alejandro, who wrote and arranged the songs, and co-produced the album with Luis Miguel. Musically, it is a pop album of mostly ballads and a few uptempo tracks with lyrics emphasizing romance. Two singles were released to promote the album: "Si Tú Te Atreves" and "Te Desean". To further promote the record, Luis Miguel embarked on the year-long Cómplices Tour from September 2008 to September 2009. He performed in North America and a few countries in South America.
