Maria Wilhelmina Johanna "Mirjam" Melchers-Van Poppel is a female former racing cyclist from the Netherlands, married to former sprinter Jean-Paul van Poppel. She was one of the leading cyclists in the world, having held the UCI number one ranking as well as winning highly rated races. She was a one-day specialist but has managed smaller stage races.
Hanka Kupfernagel is a retired German professional cycle racer. During most of her career her primary focus was cyclo-cross racing, however, she has also won major road, track and mountain bike races. She has won seven consecutive medals at the UCI Women's Cyclo-cross World Championships, including three gold medals for 2000, 2001 and 2005; two silver medals in 2002 and 2003; and the bronze medal in 2004. Richard Marinus Anthonius Groenendaal is a Dutch former professional cyclo-cross cyclist. Groenendaal won the UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships in 2000 and the overall titles in the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup 1997–1998, 2000–2001 and 2003–2004 and in the Cyclo-cross Superprestige in 1997–1998 and 2000–2001.

Vivian Jepkemoi Cheruiyot is a Kenyan long-distance runner. She represented Kenya at the Summer Olympics in 2000, 2008, 2012, and 2016, winning the silver medal in the 5000 metres and bronze in the 10,000 metres at the 2012 London Olympics as well as gold in the 5000 m and silver in the 10,000 m at the 2016 Rio Olympics, setting a new Olympic record in the former. Cheruiyot won the silver medal in the 5000 m at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics and became the world champion in the event at the 2009 edition, repeating this achievement in 2011, when she also won the 10000 m. She added gold for the latter event at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics. After taking a silver in the 3000 metres at the 2010 World Indoor Championships, Cheruiyot won a number of outdoor 5000 m titles that year, becoming Commonwealth Games, African and Continental Cup champion, as well as winning the Diamond League title.

Tara Cross-Battle is a retired volleyball player from the United States, who won the bronze medal with the USA National Women's Team at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. She played NCAA women's volleyball for California State University, Long Beach, where she helped lead her team to the 1989 NCAA Championship title. In 1990, she won the Honda-Broderick Award as the nation's best female collegiate volleyball player.
Daniele Pontoni is a former Italian professional cyclo-cross cyclist. Pontoni was World Champion of cyclo-cross by the amateurs in 1992 and by the elite in 1997. He was Italian cyclo-cross champion from 1996 to 2004. He also competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics.

Pauline Ferrand-Prévot is a French multi-discipline bicycle racer, who rides for UCI Mountain Bike team Ineos Grenadiers in cross-country cycling. Ferrand-Prévot has also competed in road bicycle racing and cyclo-cross during her career, winning the world title in each discipline. During the 2015 season, aged just 23, she became the first person ever – in the history of cycling – to simultaneously hold the World road title, World cyclo-cross title and World cross-country mountain bike title.
Barbara Benkó is a Hungarian former cross-country mountain biker. Born in Budapest, Benko competed in the Women's cross-country at the 2012 Summer Olympics, held at Hadleigh Farm, finishing in 27th place.
Petra Henzi is a retired Swiss professional mountain biker. Throughout her sporting career, she has won numerous Swiss national championship titles, and more importantly, a total of four prestigious medals in women's cross-country race at the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships. Henzi later represented her nation Switzerland, as a 38-year-old senior, at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and also rode professionally for more than five seasons on Fischer-BMC Team, before retiring from the sport in early 2010.
Ceris Styler is a British racing cyclist who represented Great Britain at the 2000 Summer Olympics, where she placed 14th in the women's road time trial and 27th in the road race. She was both British National Road Race Champion and British National Time Trial Champion in 2000, and came fifth in the time trial at the 2000 UCI Road World Championships. She won a bronze medal in the time trial at the 1999 European Road Championships.
Evie Richards is a British cyclist from Malvern, Worcestershire, England who specialises in mountain bike and cyclo-cross racing. who became the women's cross-country world champion at the 2021 Mountain Bike World Championships. Previously, Richards had been under-23 cyclo-cross world champion at the 2016 and 2018 World Championships. In 2022, Richards added a first Commonwealth Games gold in cross-country mountain bike to her palmarès.
Emma White is an American former professional racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI Women's Continental Team Rally Cycling.
