"Lover Why" is the debut single by French rock band Century, released in 1985. The song is from their debut album, ...And Soul It Goes .
It was the group's most successful song, topping the charts in France and Portugal, as well as entering the charts in Germany (#32), Belgium (#33) and Switzerland (#11). In Brazil, the song became popular for being featured in the soundtrack for Rede Globo's soap opera Ti Ti Ti.
There are dance versions of "Lover Why" made by Dee Martin (1993) and Mark Ashley (2000). The song was re-recorded in 1987 by Portuguese musician José Maria.

"The Way It Is" is a song by American rock group Bruce Hornsby and the Range. It was released in the United States in September 1986 as the second single from their debut album, The Way It Is. The song topped the charts in the US, Canada and the Netherlands in 1986, and peaked inside the top twenty in such countries as Australia, Ireland, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

It samples a slowed down keyboard chord from Crystal Waters' "Gypsy Woman ". The song was written by Bunny with MAG handling the production. The genre-fusing shapeshifting song combines elements of Dominican dembow, Latin trap, psychedelia, and bachata. The song was acclaimed by music critics, with Rolling Stone magazine ranking it as the best song of 2022.
