Luca Giubellini (born 1 April 2003) [1] is a Swiss artistic gymnast. He will represent Switzerland at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Giubellini was born in 2003 in Rebstein. His father is Daniel Giubellini, a 1992 Olympian in gymnastics. His younger siblings, Chiara and Matteo, are also gymnasts, and their youngest sibling, Elio, plays football. [2]
Giubellini competed at the 2023 European Championships and placed sixth in the vault final. [3] He then won the silver medal in the all-around at the 2023 Swiss Championships. Then in the event finals, he won gold on the pommel horse, silver on the parallel bars and vault, and bronze on the floor exercise. [4] He was then selected to compete at the 2023 World Championships. There, the Swiss team finished seventh during the qualification round and earned a team berth for the 2024 Olympic Games. [5] Then in the team final, the Swiss team placed fifth which was the country's best finished at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships since winning bronze in 1954. [6]
Giubellini placed eighth in the vault final at the 2024 Osijek World Cup. [7] He then competed at the 2024 European Championships alongside his brother Matteo, Christian Baumann, Noe Seifert, and Taha Serhani. The team qualified for the team final in fourth place, but they finished eighth in the final after several mistakes including Giubellini falling off the pommel horse. [8] Individually, he qualified for the vault final and finished eighth after falling on his second vault. [9]
Giubellini was selected to compete at the 2024 Olympic Games alongside Matteo Giubellini, Florian Langenegger, Noe Seifert, and Taha Serhani. [10]
Elena Mikhailovna Zamolodchikova is a Russian former artistic gymnast and four-time Olympic medallist. She is the 2000 Olympic champion on vault and floor exercise, and she is a two-time World champion on vault. She also competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics where she won a bronze medal with the Russian team. She is a two-time World Cup Final vault champion and a two-time European champion with the Russian team. In 2015, she was inducted in the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame.
Jade Fernandes Barbosa is a Brazilian artistic gymnast. She is a two-time individual bronze medalist at the World Championships, and represented Brazil at the 2008, 2016, and 2024 Olympic Games. She was part of the historic teams that won silver at the 2023 World Championships and bronze at the 2024 Olympic Games.
Max Antony Whitlock is an English artistic gymnast. With fourteen medals and six titles in Olympic and World Championships, Whitlock is the most successful gymnast in British history. He is also the most successful pommel horse worker in Olympic Games history, with two gold medals and one bronze.
Oleg Yuriyovych Verniaiev is a Ukrainian artistic gymnast. He is the 2016 Olympic parallel bars champion and individual all-around silver medalist. Verniaiev is also the 2014 World parallel bars champion, the 2015 European individual all-around champion and the 2017 European individual all-around champion.
Alexa Citlali Moreno Medina is a Mexican artistic gymnast. She is the 2018 World bronze medalist on vault, the first Mexican female gymnast to medal at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She represented Mexico at the 2016 Summer Olympics where she was the second reserve for the all-around final and at the 2020 Olympics where she placed fourth in the vault final. She will represent Mexico at the 2024 Summer Olympics. She is the 2023 Pan American champion on vault. She won a silver medal on vault at the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games and a bronze medal on vault at the 2010 Pacific Rim Championships. She is also a seven-time medalist on the FIG World Cup circuit. She is the 2011 Pan American Games and 2014 and 2018 Pan American Championships team bronze medalist and the 2010, 2014, and 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games team gold medalist.
Andrei Vasile Muntean is a Romanian artistic gymnast. He represented Romania at the 2016 Summer Olympics and placed sixth on the parallel bars. He is the 2017 World University Games vault bronze medalist. He has competed at the World Championships eight times, and he will represent Romania at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Lee Chih-kai(simplified Chinese: 李智凯; traditional Chinese: 李智凱; Hanyu Pinyin: Lǐ Zhìkǎi; Tongyong Pinyin: Lǐ Jhìhkǎi; Wade–Giles: Li3 Chih4k'ai3; born 3 April 1996) is a Taiwanese artistic gymnast. He is the 2020 Olympic silver medalist in the pommel horse, and he was the first gymnast representing Chinese Taipei to win an Olympic medal. He is the 2019 World silver medalist and the 2018 World bronze medalist on the pommel horse. He is the 2018 Asian Games pommel horse champion and the 2019 Asian all-around champion. He is a three-time (2017, 2019 and 2021) Summer Universiade pommel horse champion.
Yul Kyung-Tae Moldauer is an American artistic gymnast. He is the 2017 U.S. national all-around champion and the 2017 World bronze medalist on floor exercise. He represented the United States at the 2020 Summer Olympics and was a member of the bronze medal winning team at the 2023 World Championships.
Félix Dolci is a Canadian male artistic gymnast. He represented Canada at the 2024 Summer Olympics. He is the 2023 Pan American Games all-around and floor exercise champion and the 2019 Junior World Champion on rings. He has been a member of the Canadian national team since 2017.
Nazar Vyacheslavovich Chepurnyi is a Ukrainian artistic gymnast. He participated in the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics and the 2019 Junior World Artistic Gymnastics Championships.
Nariman Kurbanov is a Kazakhstani artistic gymnast who is a pommel horse specialist. He won a silver medal on the event at the 2024 Summer Olympics. He is the 2023 and 2024 Asian champion on the pommel horse. He is also the 2022 Asian Games bronze medalist on the pommel horse. He qualified to represent Kazakhstan at the 2024 Summer Olympics through the 2024 FIG World Cup series.
Daiki Hashimoto is a Japanese artistic gymnast. Widely regarded as the successor of Kohei Uchimura, he won two gold medals at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in all-around and horizontal bar, as well as a silver in team. His Tokyo individual gold medal win win made him the youngest Olympic All-Around champion, at age 19 years, 355 days. At the world championships, he has also won 3 golds, 5 silvers, and 1 bronze.
Illia Yuriiovych Kovtun is a Ukrainian artistic gymnast. He is the 2023 World all-around silver medalist and 2021 World all-around bronze medalist. Kovtun also won the silver medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics on parallel bars. At the European Championships he is the 2023 European champion on parallel bars as well as a one-time silver medalist and a three-time bronze medalist. Additionally he is a two-time junior world championships medalist.
Matvei Sergeyevich Petrov is a Russian-born Albanian artistic gymnast. He is the 2020 European Champion on the pommel horse, and he is Albania's first European medalist. He represented Albania at the 2020 Summer Olympics and was the first reserve for the pommel horse final after finishing tenth in the qualification round.
Krisztofer Mészáros is a Hungarian artistic gymnast. At the 2022 European Championships, he won the silver medal on floor exercise and was Hungary's first European silver medalist on floor exercise. He won a bronze medal with the Hungarian team at the 2020 European Championships. He represented Hungary at the 2024 Summer Olympics, where he finished 9th in the men's artistic individual all-around final.
John Brody Malone is an American artistic gymnast. He represented the United States at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics and is a three-time United States national all-around champion. On horizontal bar, he is the 2021 World Championships bronze medalist and the 2022 World Champion. He is a ten-time NCAA National Champion, and a member of the bronze medal winning team at the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Noe Samuel Seifert is a Swiss artistic gymnast. He is the 2024 European bronze medalist on parallel bars. He represented Switzerland at the 2024 Olympic Games.
Matteo Giubellini is a Swiss artistic gymnast. He will represent Switzerland at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Florian Langenegger is a Swiss artistic gymnast. He competed at the 2022 and 2023 World Championships and will represent Switzerland at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
