Biography

He was born in Kraków and moved to the United States with his future wife in 1984. He has been married to Magdalena Deskur since 1988, and they have two children, one of whom is actor Pico Alexander. [1] [2]

He is the son of Elżbieta Maria Stefania (née Turowicz) and actor Jerzy Jogałła. [3] His maternal grandfather was journalist and magazine editor Jerzy Turowicz.

Jadwiga Maria Kinga Bal (Balowa) of Zaleszczyki, née Brunicka was a Polish baroness and a lifelong muse of Jacek Malczewski, considered Poland's national painter. Łukasz Pawlikowski is a Polish cellist. He studied playing under Arto Noras, Jeroen Reuling, Witold Herman and Dorota Imiełowska. By the age of six he appears at the Kraków Poetry Salon. He is connected with the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre. Pawlikowski debuted in 2006 with the Beethoven Academy Orchestra in the Tempel Synagogue.
