The Complex is the second full-length album by Blue Man Group, released in 2003. The album produced two singles, and debuted at #60 on the Billboard charts. As with the previous album, a DVD-Audio version was released, containing a high-definition (96 kHz/24-bit) 5.1 surround sound mix. The Allmusic review by Robert L. Doerschuk states "Although its inspirations, musical and conceptual, trace as far back as Kraftwerk, The Complex serves as a reminder that modern devices and glistening production values can be applied to the most primal creative instincts, if utilized by the right — blue — hands".
A Night In Rivendell is the second album by the Danish group the Tolkien Ensemble. It features songs composed to the lyrics found in J. R. R. Tolkien's the Lord of the Rings and forms the second part of what was to become a complete musical interpretation of all lyrics in the book.

Cotton Mather is an American rock band from Austin, Texas, founded by Robert Harrison in 1990. Although the group started out as an experimental duo featuring guitar and cello, they evolved into a four-piece rock group with a sound centered around guitars and vocal harmonies. The group was initially active from 1990 to 2003, but returned from a nine-year hiatus in 2012 and have been active ever since. They have drawn comparisons to the Beatles, Elvis Costello and the Attractions, Squeeze, and Guided by Voices. In his 2007 book, Shake Some Action, John Borack rated the Kontiki album at number 26 of his Top 200 Power Pop Albums of all time, comparing the album to Revolver-era Beatles, Big Star, and The Apples in Stereo. NME suggested Cotton Mather might be "the most exciting guitar pop band since Supergrass."
Rise & Shine is former Small Faces and Faces keyboardist Ian McLagan's fourth album, recorded by McLagan with his backing group, the Bump Band, featuring Gurf Morlix and "Scrappy" Jud Newcomb on guitars, Don Harvey on drums and George Reiff on bass. Recorded at McLagan's Manor, Texas studio, The Doghouse, it featured eleven tracks of original material, ten new and one overhauled from McLagan's 1985 EP, Last Chance to Dance. Featured on several tracks is Patty Griffin singing backing vocals.
