Jackson was heavily involved with the production of the new material while the remixes were produced by other artists. Christ Illusion is the tenth studio album by American thrash metal band Slayer, released on August 8, 2006 by American Recordings. The songs "Jihad", "Flesh Storm", "Catalyst", and "Consfearacy" were recorded in Eb tuning, while "Catatonic", "Eyes of the Insane", "Skeleton Christ", and "Supremist" were recorded in Drop B tuning and "Black Serenade" and "Cult" in C♯ tuning.
Nox Arcana is the American neoclassical dark wave musical project of Joseph Vargo. The group was founded in 2003 as a duo with William Piotrowski, who left the group in 2008 to pursue a career in film score composing and Vargo continued on as a solo act under the name. Piotrowski still acts as Nox Arcana's studio engineer. The name in Latin translates to "mysteries of the night." All of Nox Arcana's music is released independently on the Monolith Graphics label, a publishing company owned by Vargo. With their third album, Nox Arcana became a Billboard Top Ten charting artist in the holiday genre.

"Back Like That" is the second single by American rapper Ghostface Killah from his critically acclaimed fifth solo album Fishscale (2006). The song features R&B singer Ne-Yo and has become Ghostface's highest charting solo single on the Billboard Hot 100. It contains a sample of "Baby Come Home" as performed by Willie Hutch as well an interpolation of "Song Cry" as performed by Jay-Z. A remix featuring Kanye West & Ne-Yo was produced and later included on Ghostface's sixth album More Fish. In 2009, Ghostface performed the song with Chrisette Michele at VH1's 6th Annual Hip Hop Honors ceremony.

Red Velvet is a South Korean girl group formed and managed by SM Entertainment.
