Lydia-Rose Bright is an English television personality. She is best known for starring in the ITVBe reality television series The Only Way Is Essex . In 2016, she took part in Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls . [1] In February and March 2017, she took part in the fourth series of Channel 4 reality series The Jump . [2]

In 2017, Bright took part in a celebrity version of The Crystal Maze , which aired on 23 June. [3]

Bright was the subject of media ridicule following her appearance on BBC's Celebrity Mastermind in 2018, scoring just 6 points on her specialist subject of Sex and the City , and 2 points in the two minute General Knowledge round. [4] She took part in Celebrity Haunted Mansion in February 2018. [5] On 21 February 2020, Lydia gave birth to her first child a girl named Loretta Rose.

The Jump is a British television series that followed celebrities as they tried to master various winter sports including skeleton, bobsleigh, snowskates, ski cross, and giant slalom. Davina McCall and Alex Brooker presented the first series, with McCall returning for future series. Brooker did not return for future series, however. Winter Olympic skier Graham Bell and skeleton gold medallist Amy Williams put the celebrities through training in the UK and Austria. The series launched on 1 August 2017, and concluded on 25 August 2017 after 25 days, making this the shortest series since Celebrity Big Brother 12 in 2013. The series was on Channel 5 in the United Kingdom and 3e in Ireland with the spin-off show Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side presented by Rylan Clark-Neal. It was the thirteenth celebrity series and twentieth series of Big Brother overall to air on Channel 5.

<i>Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls</i> British reality television show

Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls is a spin-off series of The Island with Bear Grylls. It was first broadcast on Channel 4 as part of a charity campaign for Stand Up to Cancer UK in September 2016. The show has the same format as The Island with Bear Grylls, in which the participants are left on a remote uninhabited Pacific island with only limited water, some basic tools and training and are expected to find their own food, water and shelter. The celebrities however stayed on the island for a shorter period of two weeks. A second series began airing on 29 August 2017. The second series saw the celebrities stay on the island for a longer amount of time, four weeks.
