Lyudmila Frolova (born Lyudmila Valeryevna Frolova on July 29, 1953) is a field hockey player and Olympic medalist. [1] Competing for the Soviet Union, she won a bronze medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow. [2]

She became a World Indoor and European champion in this event, and won an Olympic silver medal in 1992 with a personal best time of 3:56.91 - beating future world record holder Qu Yunxia into bronze.
