[2] During Abri Masuk Desa (AMD) program by President Suharto in 1989, the school received wall rehabilitation for four classes. [2] From 1990 until 1991, through Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) program by Bengkalis government, the school was built with four additional classrooms and a prayer room. [3] In 1991, the development contribution system began to be implemented at the school and the school received a donation from 263 parents of students and 40 other donors, to pay the salary for nine teachers. Each contributed more than Rp.1000, totalling more than Rp. 500.000. [3]
