The Macau men's national under-18 basketball team is the national basketball team of Macau, governed by the Macau - China Basketball Association. [1]
It represents the country in international under-18 (under age 18) basketball competitions.

The FIBA 3x3 World Cups for men and women are the highest tournaments for national 3x3 teams. The 3x3 format has been adopted for both the 2020 Summer Olympics and 2022 Commonwealth Games.
