MadameNoire is an international online magazine that is geared toward the lifestyles of African American women as well as popular culture.

In 2015, MadameNoire had 7,116,000 unique visitors monthly, making it the most trafficked site oriented to African Americans—ahead of The Root, BET.com, and Bossip.com. [1]

The site also has a radio partnership with Café Mocha. [2]

Staff includes Brande Victorian, deputy editor, [2] Courtney Whitaker, weekend editor; [3] and LaShaun Williams, culture and parenting columnist. [4]

MadameNoire was owned by Moguldom Media Group at the time of its 2010 launch. [5] In 2012, Moguldom folded the Atlanta Post (which published from 2008 to 2012) into MadameNoire. [6]

In 2017, iOne Digital, a division of Urban One, Inc., acquired MadameNoire, along with Bossip.com and Hip Hop Wired. The acquisition helped iOne Digital become one of the largest black digital content providers in the U.S. [7]

Joseline Hernandez, also known as "The Puerto Rican Princess", is a Puerto Rican reality television personality, rapper, and actress. She came to prominence as a main cast member of the VH1 reality series Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. She appeared on the show for six seasons alongside her boyfriend Stevie J, with whom she also starred in the spin-off Stevie J & Joseline: Go Hollywood.

Christelyn Karazin is an American writer, columnist, and blogger on the subject of interracial dating, particularly black women dating outside their race. She hosts the blog "Beyond Black & White" and has written for Woman's Day, Ebony, Jet, and Reuters.

Margo Elaine Simms, known professionally as Margeaux, is a Canadian singer, songwriter, fashion designer and television personality. She appeared on the VH1 reality television series Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. Born in Toronto, Canada, she first pursued her music career in 2004. While attending Ryerson University, where she studied fashion design, Margeaux first started singing mostly on hip hop tracks. The Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame, located in Atlanta, Georgia, started in January 2021, to honor African Americans, and Black people internationally, with a monument for their achievements in entertainment. The walk of fame is located in the historic Downtown Atlanta area, on the sidewalks of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Northside Drive.
