Mafoko A Me is the debut studio album of South African hip hop artist Tuks, released in 2005 in South Africa.
Mafoko A Me garnered positive reviews. With MIO giving an overall score of 8/10, stating that: " Thabiso "Thaso" Tsotetsi and Code Jack, the intro – “Manifesto” knocked the wind out of me with its power, what a pity it was only an intro and not a full track. Vice Versa, with its hard core Setswana lyrics played on my sentiments at just the right time and I liked the beats of the track titled “The Need” , but “Let Live” tune...haai bafoethu, this boy is talented. Gravy Train, hit me left, right and center and again the tone of this track kept me nodding my head up and down in affirmation. Though I am not a Tswana boy, “Mona” got me interested, even influencing me to memorise the lyrics. Other tracks to enjoy are “Father to the Platoon” , “Off the Planet” , “525 600 minutes” , “Bitch Talk” and “Hustle”."[ citation needed ] furthermore adding, " Thank God my cousin introduced me to this release because as soon as I gave it a second listen, this young man blew my ear drums as well as my mind."
This album won Best Rap Album in the 12th annual South African Music Awards. That same year, Tuks was also nominated for Best Newcomer.

The group is made up of members Erik "Rook" Ortiz, Kevin "Colione" Crowe and Kenneth "Barto" Bartolomei. The group takes their name from the DC Comics superhero team the Justice League. The distinctive producer tag of a J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League production has a female voice echoing the words "Justice League" twice at the beginning of most of their songs. They have a Grammy Award for Best R&B Album for their work on Mary J. Blige's The Breakthrough (2006).

He has been known to work in the production duo "I.N.F.O. & NOVA". Some of the notable artists I.N.F.O. has worked with include Chris Brown, Cam'ron and The Diplomats, Birdman, Young Money Juelz Santana, Fabolous, Trae, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Lloyd, Rich Boy, Master P., Lil Wayne, B.G., among many others. I.N.F.O.'s style is known to contain original compositions with heavy synth laden melodies and 808 drums. His more recent production can be identified with a vocal tag saying "INFO" at the beginning and ending of songs. In 2010, I.N.F.O. joined Cash Money Records as an in-house producer. Tumelo Kepadisa, simply known as Tuks Senganga or Tuks, is a South African motswako rapper born in Mafikeng, in the former homeland of the Bophuthatswana. He frequently performs in ethnic languages, though mostly Setswana. Tuks Senganga started writing in 1993, drawing inspiration from everyday issues in his immediate environment. His career took off in 2005 with his first album Mafoko A Me. This was the album that earned him the Best Hip Hop Album Award at the 12th Annual MTN South African Music Awards (SAMA).

It is an experimental album that is based on a story featuring him rhyming as a hedonistic, fun-loving alter-ego named Bobby Digital and showcasing a unique keyboard-driven sound that RZA called digital orchestra, receiving mostly positive, though somewhat mixed, reviews.
