Malchand Tiwari is a poet, writer and translator in Rajasthani and Hindi. He is an executive member of Sahitya Akademi (Academy of Literature). He has served for many literary institutes of national and international reputation.
Hindi, or Modern Standard Hindi is a standardised and Sanskritised register of the Hindustani language. Hindi, written in the Devanagari script, is one of the official languages of India, along with the English language. It is one of the 22 scheduled languages of the Republic of India. However, it is not the national language of India because no language was given such a status in the Indian constitution.
The Sahitya Akademi, India's National Academy of Letters, is an organisation dedicated to the promotion of literature in the languages of India. Founded on 12 March 1954, it is supported by, though independent of, the Indian government. It is in Rabindra Bhavan near Mandi House in Delhi.
He has written Paryaywachi, Bholavan and short stories collections including Panidar, Sukant Ke Sapno Mein, Jaliyan Aur Jharokhe, Tran, Dhadand and Celebration. His collection of Rajasthani poems, Utrayo Hai Abho received the Sahitya Akademi Award.
He has also translated H G Wells’ Time Machine in Hindi. [1]
He has been awarded by Sahitya Akademi, Delhi for his poetry "Utaryo Hai Abho" in 1997. [2] He has also been awarded with Ganeshilal Vyas ‘Ustad’ Padhya Puraskar, Dr. L P Tessitory Gadhya Puruskar and Suryamal Misan Sikhar Puraskar. He has been awarded by the Ramniwa Asharani Lakhotiya Trust the 15th Lakhotia Award. [3]
Shri Malchand Tiwari has been practicing yoga since 1978. Since 1991, he has also been teaching Indian mythology and yoga scriptures. In the year 2007, YogaLife Foundation has awarded him grandfathering. Since 2000, he is also an Academic Director in YogaLife Foundation. [4]

He was a regular poet of Hindi Kavi sammelan on those days and is hailed to be as popular and connected to poetry lovers for Hindi speakers as Pushkin for Russians.

The Sahitya Academy Award is a literary honor in India, which the Sahitya Akademi, India's National Academy of Letters, annually confers on writers of the most outstanding books of literary merit published in any of the major Indian languages recognised by the Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi.

Pandit Makhanlal Chaturvedi, also called Pandit ji, was an Indian poet, writer, essayist, playwright and a journalist who is particularly remembered for his participation in India's national struggle for independence and his contribution to Chhayavaad, the Neo-romanticism movement of Hindi literature. He was awarded the first Sahitya Akademi Award in Hindi for his work Him Taringini in 1955. The Government of India awarded him the civilian honour of the Padma Bhushan in 1963.
Rajesh Joshi is a Hindi writer, poet, journalist and a playwright, who was the recipient of 2002 Sahitya Akademi Award in Hindi for his anthology of poems - 'Do Panktiyon Ke Beech', given by Sahitya Akademi, India's National Academy of Letters. He presently resides in Bhopal and continues to work as a freelance writer. His poems have been translated into English, German, Russian, Urdu and into many other Indian languages. Recipient of Muktibodh Puraskar, Makhan Lal Chaturvedi Puraskar, Srikant Verma Smriti Samman, Shikhar Samman and others.

Padam Shree Ram Nath Shastri, known as the "Father of Dogri" for his pivotal role in the revival and resurgence of the Dogri language, was born on 15 April 1914. He was a versatile and prolific litterateur who excelled as Dogri poet, dramatist, fiction writer, lexicographer, essayist, educationist, translator, and editor. Through his writings in the various genres he has succeeded in urshering Dogri language on the national stage.

Charan has been the Head of Department of Rajasthani Language in the Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. He has been selected as Chairman of Rajasthan Sangeet Natak Akademi, Jodhpur on 26 November 2011 for three years.

Dr. Prashasya Mitra Shastri is a Sanskrit poet and author who won the Sahitya Akademi Award for Sanskrit in 2009 for his Anabheepsitam, a collection of short stories. He also won the Kalidas Puraskar awarded by the Madhya Pradesh government's Kalidas Sanskrit Akademi. The award includes a letter of commendation and a cash prize of Rs 51000. He won the award for his contributions to Sanskrit literature and the two story collections and a collection of poetry he published in the year 2007–08. He has also won awards from the Sahitya Academies of Delhi, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. He was the organiser for a three-day Rishi Balidaan Samaaroh in memory of Dayanand Saraswati in Ajmer in 2009. He is especially known for his light verse and stories featuring satire and irony.
Ashok Vajpeyi is an Indian poet in Hindi, essayist, literary-cultural critic, apart from being a noted cultural and arts administrator, and a former civil servant. He was chairman, Lalit Kala Akademi India's National Academy of Arts, Ministry of Culture, Govt of India, 2008–2011. He has published over 23 books of poetry, criticism and art, and was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Award given by Sahitya Akademi, India's National Academy of Letters, in 1994 for his poetry collection, Kahin Nahin Wahin. His notable poetry collections include, Shaher Ab Bhi Sambhavana Hai (1966), Tatpurush (1986), Bahuri Akela (1992), Ibarat Se Giri Matrayen, Ummeed ka Doosra Naam (2004) and Vivaksha (2006), besides this he has also published works on literary and art criticism: Filhal, Kuchh Poorvagrah, Samay se Bahar, Kavita ka Galp and Sidhiyan Shuru ho Gayi Hain. He is generally seen as part of the old Delhi-centric literary-cultural establishment consisting of bureaucrat-poets and academicians like Sitakanta Mahapatra, Keki Daruwalla, J.P.Das, Gopi Chand Narang, Indra Nath Choudhari and K.Satchidanandan.
Leeladhar Jagudi is an Indian teacher, journalist and poet of Hindi literature. He is the author of several poetry anthologies including Natak Jari Hai and Shankha Mukhi Shikharon Par and is a recipient of the Sahitya Akademi Award, for his 1997 anthology, Anubhav Ke Aakash Mein Chand. The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri, in 2004, for his contributions to Hindi literature.
