Malcolm Wheeler is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s and 1990s. He played for Western Suburbs and the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the NSWRL competition.
Wheeler made his first grade debut for Cronulla in round 7 of the 1986 NSWRL season against arch-rivals St. George at Shark Park. In 1988, Wheeler played 13 games as Cronulla claimed the Minor Premiership. Wheeler played in both finals matches as the club were eliminated in straight sets. After three more seasons at Cronulla, Wheeler signed for Western Suburbs but played only two matches for the club. [2] [3] [4]
Andrew "ET" Ettingshausen is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s. He played his first grade Australian club football for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, retiring at the end of the 2000 NRL season having played 328 first grade games for the club, the NSWRL/ARL/SL/NRL record for most games at a single club. This record stood for ten years, before ultimately being broken by Darren Lockyer for the Broncos in 2010.
Gavin John Miller is an Australian former rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s and 1980s. An Australian international and New South Wales State of Origin representative forward, he played the majority of his club football for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, and is an Immortal of the club. He earned two successive Dally M Player of the Year awards in 1988 and 1989.
The 1994 NSWRL season was the eighty-seventh season of professional rugby league football in Australia. Sixteen clubs, including 14 from within the borders of New South Wales plus two from Queensland, competed for the J J Giltinan Shield during the season, which culminated in a grand final match for the Winfield Cup trophy between the Canberra Raiders and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
The 1988 NSWRL season was the 81st season of professional rugby league football in Australia, and saw the first expansion of the New South Wales Rugby League Premiership outside the borders of New South Wales, and another expansion outside of Sydney, with the addition of three new teams: the Brisbane Broncos, Newcastle Knights and Gold Coast-Tweed Giants. The largest NSWRL premiership yet, sixteen clubs competed during the 1988 season, with the J J Giltinan Shield for minor premiers going to Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. The finals culminated in a grand final for the Winfield Cup between the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and Balmain Tigers. This season NSWRL teams also competed for the 1988 Panasonic Cup.

Montague "Monty" Porter PSM (1934–2011) was an Australian premiership winning and state representative rugby league footballer who played in the 1950s and 1960s.
